App complications for the military discount fixed by Customer Service rep (Sharmaine) with efficiency and a smile. If only Home Depot software could be simplified to match Loew's.

GRILL READY! An employee named Gio saw me outside looking at grills and referred me to Helena ( very nice). She had me in and out in 10 minutes, recommended a BBQ cover, Very happy (5 out of 5 stars for a positive experience at tge service desk)

I went to Home Depot in Lone Tree Way, Brentwood, CA 94513 this afternoon, 9/19/23, to return some items with different receipts. Cathy, the cashier, made my day. She had a very friendly attitude, she welcomed me with a nice smile, she was patient with me and very helpful. I was more than satisfied with her excellent customer services!!!! Cathy, you was amazing today!!! Thank you so much, the Home Depot is lucky to have you!

Problem with delivery but the representative did not stop until the issue was resolved and I am very grateful.

Sonya at the Pro desk is just plain rude. No personality always looks grumpy, so I refuse to go to the pro desk when the other girls aren't there. She doesn't know how to speak to customers, just rude. I avoid pro desk whenever she is there

Sonya and Heather were horrible to work with. Very unprofessional and disappointing. My Company works with Home Depot everyday and this is by far the WORST experience I have ever had

It's a good store, A bit crowded cuz there's always people needing to do some type of project. The workers and customer service is friendly and we enjoy going in looking at everything when my husband needs to parts and tools for his plumbing job.

Bought some tools. Was offered a slight discount for applying for credit. Guitree was amazing...answered all my questions and helped me with the process which was effortless. When an employee takes time like that I want to keep shopping there. Talked to a couple other super friendly staff this visit. Now I know why this store is crowded...it's a great place to shop!!

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Although the prices of wood tend to be slightly higher than other hardware stores the quality is evident.

So I found a toilet on the Home Depot app and went to the register to pay and ask for assistance (I have a Hernia and I was by myself) in getting the toilet from the toilet isle out and into my SUV. Sam called for one of the guys to do that but after I had been waiting for too long she and Maria did it themselves. You are lucky to have those two, they actually care about Your customers.
