Isabela in the paint department. Hire more of her. A Saturday morning at the Home Depot is insanely busy. Isabela helped me find the right paint and accessories all the while making sure other customers were acknowledged and assisted. Her demeanor is professional but also warm and kind. I could tell right away that she cares about her work and strives to give it her best. I was in a bit of a rush so I didn’t get a chance to talk to a supervisor. I wanted to personally compliment Isabela. Leaving this review is the next best thing. Thank you, Isabela!

We used the self check out and the person that was assigned was watching us like we are going to steal something. After we finished paying, she stopped us to check our receipt and check every item in our cart. Everything was paid and was on the receipt. She only did this to us and not the other customers. Is this standard procedure or she only did it to us because were Asian?

Had a great experience with the two employees in the customer service department. Even though what I needed was not part of their area they professional got the job after 2 other employees couldn't.

Clean store and staff are very friendly and helpful.

I went to Home Depot to look at gas grills and was immediately greeted by Ryan. He was awesome - friendly, professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He took his time, answered all my question and showed me where to find other products. When I went to pay, Itzel the cashier was so friendly. Then I met ‘Q’ Quinn who was also so helpful and awesome. He immediately offed to help load the grill in my car with Ryan. All these employees were young (probably in their young 20’s) and very one of them were so friendly and helpful. Thank you to all 3 of these young people for making my trip and purchase at Home Depot great.

They carry some products you can't find elsewhere. It's very convenient.

Came here because Kimball/Addison was out of stock on a light fixture I needed. This was supposed to be a quick in/out trip. We quickly found the fixture and went to self-checkout - I went to the bathroom and my fiancee paid for the item. Later, I found out the attendant working the front berated 3x her for waiting for me, and threatened to call security or a manager. There was hardly anyone in the store at 21:30. Some other customer passing by had to tell the Home Depot associate to cool it and stop being belligerent. Unbelievable - get out of customer service if you don't like people, or find something else to do if you're bored. Go to the other large home improvement store on the other side of the Brickyard, or a different HD.

Service desk associates are very friendly and knowledgeable. Even when they don't know they connect me with the right person.

This store is conveniently located, safe, clean and the people that work there are friendly and knowledgeable and all should be commended!!!

Employees at the service desk were very helpful. After i called to check on a sku they said they didn't have, I personally went in ask for help at the service desk spoke to Evelyn and she personally found it and brought it to me while i waited at the desk!! Impressive!! Fast service upon check out, cashier Lizbeth was great and very friendly.

Definitely not my favorite HD store (Brickyard). It is always a challenge to get assistance in this store and many of the store associates seem genuinely disinterested in helping you and/or seem withdrawn. Other stores in the Chicagoland area are much better by comparison.

I love this Store it has to many nice employees and has no place for inorganization. I have had my first Online order here and will always continue to look for great deals, for money is always tight now a days during these times and this place always makes me come back cause of its great unbeatable priced for the great Products Home Depot Offers over its competitors.

Great selection of Holiday décor and Christmas tree's in addition to employee's willing to help you with any questions you might have.

Associates are so friendly and are willing to assist you even if you don't need it. products are easy to find using the Home Depot app, and the store was really clean and organized, love it!

The store is very close to my house, I always find what I need and get in and out quickly. The paint and kitchen department employees are always very nice and willing to help me with all my DIY projects.

Shopped the garden center. I appreciated that the garden center had a "support center" for tall flowers and plants that are leaning, but the selection was too scarce. They had a very nice selection of indoor plants. Lots of soil options was a plus

The store was somewhat clean.

This store needs to get its act together with the covid response. Many of the employees were wearing their masks below their nose or as a 'chin guard'. I saw five employees today alone like that and it's been the same the last four times I've been there this first week of August. One employee in particular ALWAYS has her mask down under her nose. And if an employee cannot understand how breathing goes, I'm not going to trust them to know much of anything else. I went to complain at Customer Service and two of those employees had their mask down and they were waiting on a customer who had no mask at all. C'mon, Home Depot. Get serious. I don't feel safe there and will only be going back as a last resort.

Great staff

Staff was great but the other customers that were in there are ridiculously rude. Those type of ppl shouldn't be allowed in the store. Management protect/defend your lively staff!!!

Mary's customer service in appliance department was great.
