Sales person said these issues would be taken care of during the A/C install, he wrote a note to installers. Installers said they had gotten the information and had made all the repairs. They did not do what they said they had done.

This Home Depot store has the worst customer service I have ever seen in any retail type store. Very disrespectful and rude to customers they also show no interest in assisting customers at all

I love that I am always easily able to find friendly and helpful staff here. I feel valued as a customer at Home Depot. I will always choose Home Depot over other stores because I always have access to helpful and friendly staff. The staff at Home Depot are an asset to every customer.

I live both in California and Texas for several years and have been doing business with Home Depot for decades including while I lived in Guam for nine years. Killeen Home Depot is by far the best customer service of all. All workers are friendly and would go out of their way to help. Cashers are also very friendly and helpful. Other businesses should follow suit.

I would like to see Apollo pex -b stainless steel crimp sleeves sold at this store. I would also like tap pay as as well

I always enjoy visiting Home Depot’s Garden Center.They have a wide variety of plants and garden products. They always have someone to help you.

Everyone I encountered was friendly and competent. I was a customer, not an inconvenience, and it showed in their demeanor and voice as they asked how they could help. It was the very definition of customer service.

Home Depot is great as a store and we all know that. However, some employees are not always the best. It is hard to control what each person does and says. Today I had a rude lady being very dismissive while I was asking very simple questions. A cashier named Julissa at the Killeen Texas location fixed that right up. She was super friendly and professional. By the time I was checked out I left the store with a big smile on my face. HD please hire more like her. :0)

Went in the Killeen Home Depot store, Their staff are excellent and knowledgeable. I walked out feeling I was now a confident shopper, secure in the knowledge their staff (Jo) shared with me about my appliance and maintenance agreement.

Home depot in Killeen Texas is my go to store for all of my projects. The store is well stocked with great products.

Employees Arie, Lise and Alayja went beyond the norm to help me and my daughter unload a 72X80in French doors from my truck and bring into the store at closing time. They didn’t rush us so they could leave, but insured that we were well satisfied with their service. They were SUPERB very CARING and PROFESSIONAL.

The 3rd party delivery companies evidently do not care about the Home Depot customer purchase, wait time, or property. I had an appliance damaged at their warehouse 3 days prior to delivery and then parked an oversize delivery vehicle in my drive. This has showed the concern for the customer and will effect customer loyalty

I was trying to install my new dishwasher and Randy helped me find the missing link to the puzzle! Without him i would still be lost!

Hi, I am a disabled customer that came into the store today from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by someone and then sent to a department to find my needs. When I arrived in that department, I found what I was looking for but I wasn’t certain if it was the appropriate size so I found an employee his name was Timothy and Timothy took the time to actually measure what I had take it back and get the correct size for me, then I have more questions he actually took the time to listen to me and make suggestions to help me acquire what I needed to get done we actually went to another section in the store where he shared possible solutions giving me choices. It was amazing. It was like having my own personal. Helper to guide me through my journey here today it was a very pleasant and knowledgeable journey for me today thank you Timothy and thank you Home Depot happy holidays to all.

Associate Wolff went above & beyond to assist. So did 2 other associates but I didn’t get their names but they work the evening shift for the lighting department. I was also very pleased with Ona’s follow-up from the customer service kiosk. Wolff made sure he didn’t leave until I found the right ceiling fan light glass mushroom cover. And that’s exactly what he did. Let’s not forget the assistance from the other two lighting associates that assisted as well. Ona from front desk came by to see if I found it. What a great experience: Killeen associates really knocked this one out of the park. I felt very special at this location and I’m not used to that the countless times I’ve come to Home Depot at other city locations.

Vicki at the customer service desk was amazing. Its unusual to find employees (at any business) who are willing to go the extra mile and help out a customer. She resolved a problem I had with an order despite having to spend quite a while on the phone and despite her being bounced around on the call to different departments. She got the problem fixed quickly and with a smile. I would hire her! Employees like this are becoming a rare commodity and I really appreciate her enthusiasm and "can do" approach. Overall, the Killeen Home Depot is my go-to supplier for all projects big and small, Vicki helped to make sure that this store remains my number one store!

I bought a shark vacuum and needed the liquid that does not come with it, and the nearest option was Home Depot. At first it said it was in stock but it didn’t say what aisle. So I asked a team member (David) for help and saw he worked as a MET associate. He looked for the product and finally found it in a different department. He led me to the product and even brought it down because it wasn’t on the shelves. His customer service was exceptional!! I don’t think I’ve ever had an associate help me as much as he did my whole existence!
