A store close by was not so friendly,,management, so we went to home depot and I met a woman that knew what I needed. Helen in windows and doors. She was on point with many years of experience. My husband was with me,but she showed him who was boss. Lol. I appreciate her. If you need windows or doors go see this awesome lady. She will get the job done.

During this visit, I needed 10 48in medium duty U posts. On the shelf were 9 of them. I saw above there were more bundled a little ways down the isle, but needed an employee to assist in getting them down. I located an employee easily and told her what I wanted. She called over 2 other employees- one a lift driver- to assist. They then proceeded to argue about the product not being what I was looking for, stating that I needed the 3ft posts, and then arguing among themselves about the product being mislabeled and in the wrong location after realizing that I was indeed pointing to the 4ft posts. They were so consumed with it being mislabeled, that I ended up leaving instead without the last post. As I was getting into my vehicle, I saw the lift driver employee leaving for the day, noting that it was about the top of the hour and clearly the end of his shift, making me feel like he wanted to argue in order to avoid getting products down. I normally have a good experience with HD and it is my preferred home improvement store. But this was not a good trip.

I needed to replace a broken drawer glide and yours was better quality than the original.

I forgot my wallet in the cart outside and when I got home and realized it I immediately drove back to the store but it wasn't in the cart so I asked the employee in the parking lot and he had found it and let me know he turned it in to customer service. I was so thankful!!!!

Michelle went out of her way to be helpful at the Pace Store.

Your girl Linda B. in the Milton, Florida location was extra special and kind to my elderly Mom with Alzheimers...thank you so very much for making her feel part of the buying process.

Today I was a satisfied customer at Home Depot. They helped me find what I needed in a flash!!! They knew EXACTLY where it was. I checked out with no wait in line. Cashier was so kind and helpful. I love Home Depot!!!

I have never went in this store that the employee's were not polite, always helpful and if i needed it gave me some great advise What ever your CEO is doing PLEASE continue doing it.

If you have an appliance to purchase, be sure to find Bob or Linda. They are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the products on the floor.

Visited the Pace, Florida Home Depot to get a quote on materials to build a fence. I was directed to the Pro help desk. The associate that assisted me informed me I would need to have my measurements figured out before they could help me. I asked if they had a ruler and the associate scoffed at me. I went to the customer service side and a different associate helped me. The associate took the time to figure out exactly what I needed and gave me a quote for materials within 10 minutes. I'm very grateful for the customer service associates professionalism, patience, and hospitality. I don't expect anyone to be perfect at their job but at least trying goes a long way. I had two completely different experiences with two employees within 15 minutes. Some of the associates are carrying a lot of water for their fellow employees.

This store is clean and well stocked service is great and my only complaint is never enough cashiers. I don't work at Home Depot, I don't receive a W2 from them and I refuse to check myself out.

I was helped immediately and found exactly what I needed!

I have purchased a number of items at this store and every time the employees are helpful in locating various items as well has offering suggestions on how to install/make items.

Need help getting product from a high shelf and two guys stopped what they were doing to get it for me.

Had several needs on my visit and three different employees spent several minutes visiting with me and giving me advice on how to do my projects. Incredibly pleased about my visit!

While i was checking out, Sara made sure that i found everything that i was looking for, and made sure that my shopping experience was perfect.

If you need custom doors go to Helen at the Pace store she is the best

Although under staffing shortages, the staff was fairly friendly, helpful and helped me get in and out just like I wanted to do. No complaints from me.

This location has great customer service and everyone there is willing to help. Everyone there seems to have the desire to help with any need you may have and they don't hesitate to go out of the way to do so. I have had by far the best experience shopping at this home depot location then I have had shopping at any hardware store period. I hope anyone reading this has just as great of an experience as I have.

Sam is very knowledgeable and was a great help answering our plumbing questions and explained exactly what we needed and got us the parts needed to do our job.

Most products can be found at many other stores with reasonably similar pricing. I am more of a service/staff shopper and as such only spend time at stores that show above average desire to help people! I never remember exactly what I may have paid for an item but will always remember a pleasant shopping experience! Grace seemed genuinely helpful with our self checkout process!

Bc the customer service is incredible even during these hard times! Tobin and Dee were so helpful and knowledgeable….we ended up buying $600 in trees bc they were so great! And we’re going back to buy more truly bc of them!!!

While some of my previous visits to the Pace location were lackluster: attempting to purchase entire cabinet, counters, and appliances for kitchen remodel, and the purchase of Toro zero turn mower and trailer; This last visit, and speaking with Grace at the check out was a great experience, and I will plan on returning for additional purchases for a future job i have coming up in feb. Thank you so much, Grace, for your help..
