I’ve been going to this Home Depot since I was young with my parents into my adult life and it’s always been my favorite Home Depot. Everyone is so helpful and the store is always clean, organized, and well stocked ! I will continue going here until the end of time.

I had the best experience today. Charlie in the lightning department was so knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions was patient and kind with my trouble making decisions. Eventually I got everything I needed.

I was able to find an assistant instantly, they were knowledgeable gave a few helpful suggestions, and checking out was easy and quick

I was first customer at 6am, not realizing Garden Center did not open until 8am! Elisa came with a huge smile (I was stressing about my gardening project), She put me at ease, was patient, loaded 25 fifty lbs bags of marble rock and helped with EVERYTHING. I was in and out in no time, she was such a pleasure to work with, specially that it was not her "area" so to speak. I live closer to another Home Depot, but I drive to Palm Harbor as the lay out , parking and specially the staff for my residential projects is top notch. Been going there for 20+ years.

We purchased a Suncast Vista resin shed, the delivery was great, and the shed assembles easily.

The help I received was outstanding & I didn’t have to hunt someone down, they saw I looked bewildered & asked if I needed help.

The best service I have ever received from a Home Depot Employee. Yvonne A. was very friendly, efficient, and helpful and went beyond any help I've received.

We were looking for patio furniture covers and the staff were very helpful in directing us to the correct department and assisting us getting the product from a tall shelf

The sales person in tools didn't know the combination to get to tools and really didn't care. I had to go to customer service to get help. Products are good but customer service is poor.

Very pleased with every visit and products bought.

Home Depot has changed their policy on military discounts. There is now no discount on wood and some other products

I pop into the Palm Harbor store at least 2-3 times a month. Every employee is friendly and eager to guide me and assist me with finding anything I need.

Everyone I came in contact was extremely helpful and genuinely nice, very refreshing!

Amanda was very friendly and made sure that I found everything. You don’t meet people that go above and beyond to help you and Home Depot need more people like her.

Always clean inside and out. Friendly service. Good selection. Good prices. Knowledgeable staff.

I AM A RETIRED VETERAN AND WHEN IT COMES TO SELECTING A HARDWARE SUPPLIER I HAVE THREE CHOICES IN MY AREA AND ALWAYS CHOOSE YOU. YOU ARE CONSTANTLY ON THE VETERANS SIDE AND THAT MEANS A LOT TO ME!

The employees at this location seem especially interested in helping their customers even if it means it stops them from doing some other job task required by their position or duties.

Since we gotten our house built and to this day still making upgrades and additions Home Depot was there and continues to provide countless help, my entire family loves to shop at the Home Depot. Many Thanks

Cashier Vincent was a wonderful help with my purchase as well as walking me through the process to obtain a store credit card.

I needed several different items and in every department I was asked if I needed help, without having to look for someone to help. Great service!

Right price, right size,

I like coming to this particular store, because it is always neat, clean and organized.your spray paint did not have much to choose from today, but other than that everything was great, employees included! Keep up the great work HOME DEPOT!!!

This store is a cluster! Nobody seems to know where anything is. Because they constantly move items in the store. The store managers even complain that half of their department is six isles over. They have people just standing around that don’t know where anything is. Unless you just need potting soil don’t waste your time. They do not even stock half of the home-improvement items!

My wife and I got to work with Gaby B. in the Kitchen section. This was our second time meeting her and she helped us purchase new appliances and new cabinets. She remembered so many things we forgot to think about and we are so grateful we got to work with her.

I've been to this Home Depot location numerous times and not only do they always have what I need, but also the employees are good to work with. One thing, however, is that they let go of Mary McAlister. She was amazing to work with and should definitely be brought back. If not as a regular employee, then as a trainer.

Needed 50 bags of mulch. Went to store, awesome employee set me up with my order and a rental truck to get it home and made sure everything went perfect. Awesome experience.

When go to homedepot, I am always seen different things, lightning for indoors, decorations, garden modern items, etc....love shopping at homedepot, when it comes to my home, is the first place I go.

Had to go to three home depots to get paint to finish a job. Palm Harbor store was the closest that they said had the paint. Hannah was very helpful to get me want i needed and get me checked out. this review is only for the lady that help me (Hannah) was outstanding
