Employee when asked where a product was located, not only told me where to find the product but walked me to the product and showed me choices.

Bought a power washer earlier this year and it has been working great all summer

I have only been shopping here since January of this year since I moved from CA. And compared to the Home Depot's in CA, Park City's location is well organized, friendly staff, and have yet to leave without the item(s) I came for.

At the Park City Home Depot, I feel valued by staff, help is always around the corner, and the staff attitudes are of a genuine nature. I have yet to leave the store not being able to find what I came for i.g., everything has always been in stock. The store is clean (including the bathroom) and I don't fine myself having to dodge items in the isle very often, which can be frustrating. I also appreciate the location in regards to my work and home.

There is no respect for customers at Paint Department. Employees just ignore me, even though I ask for help 3 times nicely. Ridiculous, why do you have lazy employees (guy with glasses & beard and young guy) that don’t do there job? When I ask for help I was ignored as if they were deaf but when I said they were un respectful, I did get a very aggressive answer by the guy asking me “do you have a problem”. Home Depot doesn’t need that kind of employees, get employees that are willing to do there job! Should get Lindon store as example, they have great employees that do there job! I’m a sub contractor and have been shopping for years at Home Depot and really feel mad about this shopping experience at Park City store, specifically Paint Department!!

I love to support small local business when I can, but this location is perfect for finding what you need when you haven't found it yet! Their employees are always happy to help, and are quite good at the job. I was out of town in New York, but needed a faucet for my kitchen in Utah. When I found exactly what I wanted for a replacement at a New York location and went to get it curbside at this store, the New York location wasn't helpful at all. Right there in that location I called this store and Carol was super helpful! When Carol ran into trouble, she was happy to find someone to help, and apologized when she thought it was taking too long. She didn't quit until the job was done. I can't wait to thank her in person when I am back in town!

This store has the most helpful and knowledgeable employees out of all the stores I've been to! And I love taking my dog with me because they talk to her and give her treats. It's a fun field trip!

This Home Depot is not clean on my many visits, the staff are great. I feel welcomed each time I shop. I normally find what I am there for and when I need a special item, it's never a hassle.

Although the associates are friendly and seem to know their products, the company doesn't seem to know what it is doing. I bought a washer, dryer and refriderator because they assured me the items were in stock. I alwo wanted them to install the products. Instead, I got a call the day before the scheduled delivery to say the delivery had been pushed out 4 weeks. People were moving in without these items. When I called I was put on hold or disconnected for 2 hours before I finally decided to go back to the store and talk to someone. The problem was I was continually being shuffled between Home Depot and Whirlpool with each blaming the other, but not resolving the customer's issues. I got the washer and dryer, but the refrigerator was still in production so I had to cancel that part of the order and buy it from another store. When the washer/dryer showed up, it was without the items needed to install them, and another company had to be contacted to do this. The receipt was a total and didn't show the detail, so I didn't know that the salesperson did not include the installation. I have a witness that heard the transaction and knows this was supposed to be included. Just a terrible experience overall, that required a lot of frantic scurrying to fix the problems caused by Home Depot's inability to get the order correct (over $3,000) or to follow-up to make sure the customer got what he wanted.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Charles Blacksher was particularly helpful. Our cashier, Judith always also extremely friendly and helpful.

I received great assistance with a sump pump project from Charles, even though his regular department was doors and windows.

I haven't been to this store, but someone is using my military information to get discounts. So this means no one is checking to see if it is the actual person or not. This is concerning, I have ask about this on numerous occasions and no help has been given. I see that I will have to take me business elsewhere.

The store was clean and had everything we needed! If you need keys be sure to find charles in the Key Department. Such a nice a helpdul employee!

Charles did a great job assisting me. He spent over 20 minutes helping me with different mini projects. We ran all around the store talking over various solutions and items that I would need to complete them.

This store always seems to be well staffed with knowledgeable people. Glad Park City has a Home Depot!

The store is generally clean - especially in the mornings. Sometimes they're out of stock on popular items, but they are generally well stocked. Most of the staff are helpful and I was impressed by the associate helping me who was kind even when interrupted by a rude customer while helping me (something not uncommon in the Park City area with so many snooty, privileged "posers" who thoughtlessly think "ME FIRST" when driving or in public).
