I have been going to this store for years. I never have a problem with someone helping me and the check out is fast.

My experience today was awesome! The guys in the paint department were the best as well as the cashier and two other employees who helped me along the way. The store was well kept. I did not have any concerns. It was a very successful visit!! THANKS!!

The store was clean and the staff was incredibly helpful. We had a PO but the staff helped us very quickly and provide all the documents we needed to take back to the school. We were able to get in and out in pretty good time. This is a great location!

Today was my first time visiting this store. I drove in from Beaumont to pick up an item I purchased over the phone. Because of Joey who works in curbside pick-up, my customer service experience was amazing. Joey went above and beyond assisting me from the time I arrived until the time I drove off with my merchandise. I was also proved great customer service by Amez who stepped in to assure that my merchandise was properly stored and safe until I returned to the store an hour later. I will definitely be shopping at this Home Depot store again when I'm in the area when I know that I'll receive "raving fan" service.

Anthony who was in flooring at the time was very helpful with helping me find the closest replacement for my floors and helped me load them on the cart. Very friendly and professional.

Have been in several times and this store has again and again been unorganized with isles blocked with stuff and trash. Especially in the lumber section. Employees would rather be on their phone than help customers

Very organized store in compare to other location. Very efficient staffing with great customer service. Thank you for all you do!

There is a really practical selection of Kohler sinks and Kwikset door locks. Also, The paint department was very helpful and fast. I got concrete paint and exterior paint mixed to custom colors in about 10 minutes. Great service!

Great store....SO, SO, SO, SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE SORRY WEBSTER LOCATION. Pasadena need to show Webster how IT'S DONE RIGHT!

Hard to find someone to assist you, especially when your trying to load a door on a cart or a pickup.

Home Depot Pasadena is a convenient,busy,organize, and well stocked store that they should built another one close to La Porte!! Just to ease the flow on traffic & employees!!

I told the MOD earlier this week to cancel my delivery and credit my account. because you had my delivery scheduled and was not able to do it until 2 days later. My account did not get credited 2 days ag . Came in today to follow up. Cashier did it the . I was not told to come in. I was told my account would be credited. Zero follow up from an over $500 balance owed. Who is following up on you Special Services notes?

I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience at the Home Depot! I was pleased with the assistance provided to me by the Home Depot employees! The store was very neat and very well stocked and organized. A very friendly atmosphere, and everyone was very helpful, polite and educated on the products. A PLEASURABLE shopping experience !! HOME DEPOT WILL DEFINITELY BE MY EXCLUSIVE STORE FOR ALL MY SHOPPING NEEDS!! THANK YOU!!

Always well stocked and with friendly and knowledgeable staff. From the young folks taking care of the shopping carts in the parking lot to the more experienced department specific personnel, you always meet a friendly staff member willing to assist you with any question.

During the COVID 19 scare the staff did an amazing job to provide great customer service and implement safety procedures for social distancing.

By far this store has the best customer service and was surprise that they had what I was looking for on the shelves in compare to other location I’ve been to. All staff deserve to have a higher pay in compare to other location I’ve been to since they’re the only location are doing there part. Thank you !

The store is okay the contractors they use are a bit shady. The only one i have liked is tuff shed

DO NOT like how you have switched to all self check out, I am not an employee, I should not have to do it all. This is one reason I now go to Lowes, as I have the option on how I want to be checked out.

store was very busy this Saturday, however, there was so much merchandise in the aisles, it was very, very difficult to navigate the store, so I won't shop this store again on a Saturday.... keep the aisle free and clear, please!
