Very happy with Cooktop that I bought 2 weeks ago

Richard (garden manager) needs proper training on customer service. I asked him for help with a merchandise that was in the over head because the shelves were empty, he was more interesting about pointing out the price instead of getting the product down. When explained to him I still want it, he worked away without saying excuse me and never return. Little did he know Lowe’s is across so I went there get the same product. Customer shouldn’t be treated an such manner while spending their money, especially when the merchandise is out reach.

I have shopped this store for several years now and always before the one frustration was finding an employee for general questions. Now, that has changed and it's noticable. Now the Orange vests are all over the place. Very nice change.

I was greeted as I walked into the store by Leesa. She asked me what I needed and immediately walked me back to Julio to take care of my Faux Wood Blind. Julio was professional and friendly and took care of my problem immediately. He measured and made sure the blind was cut perfectly I was impressed with both Leesa and Julio.

Carla in Garden Center can put a smile on anyones face. Great customer service is alive in South Florida.

Excellent customer service; I had an order online that was cancel without my approval I contact the manager Deli and her and her associate held me and took care of me excellent experience I will recommend this store for anyone they have an awesome team

I bought 2 AC air filters and one was wet. I didn't notice the and moisture on the out side.

I love this place, had someone stay after shift ended helping me find what i needed. As nice as he could be and happy to help. So refreshing and it made my day. I won’t go anywhere else!

We recently bought a hot water Heater and a grill and had good service with both items

I am so grateful that the Royal Palm Home Depot are staffed with real people who are knowledgeable and compassionate. They have helped me find items, change my mind toward better items, and even ordered things for me to be delivered to the house when it wasn’t in stock. I don’t know that they do that in every store. But they do in Royal Palm. That makes my shopping trip so much easier.

Bought Festival Lavender cleaner and it leaked all over my tan leather car seats

I shop at Home Depot almost exclusively. The product inventory is very deep and easy to find and I find their employees to be more helpful and friendlier than their local competitor. If you find a better price for an item elsewhere they will happily match it for you. Hassle free.

Convenient, Quick Customer Service, Always Clean, has Courteous and Friendly Professionals. In my opinion, this store's location is very convenient and essential.

The overall staff I feel like could use some work. A lot of the associates in the isles are not helpful which is unfortunate. Luckily the managers placed the better staff as cashiers. My cashiers name was Ana, she was so energetic, empathetic and kind. She apologized on behalf of her other co-workers. She made the experience better for me. Keep up the good work cashiers!

The store is clean and organized, I find the products I was looking for and the associates from garden including the cashier are friendly and helpful

We used Home Depot for our patio door project. I have to say Rose was amazing to work with she made the whole process a breeze. Rose provided world class friendly and professional customer service. I will definitely be using Home Depot for future home improvement projects.
