Great costumer service!!

My neighborhood Home Depot is the go to store for home repair needs. The employees, when asked, are responsive and know the lay out of the store. I was led to the precise battery I required for my garage door opener.

The gentlemen (all but one - he's an older MEAN looking guy...can't miss him) in the paint department are awesome! With their help I was able to match a paint color perfectly to cover up scribble on the wall in the kids room! Thank you!!

I was looking for LED replacement floodlights to install in my existing ceiling cans. Pat in the electrical department took the time to demonstrate how to remove the bulb socket from the conical can insert on my existing fixtures in order to install the replacement LED bulb with integral trim ring. Product was in stock and also had sufficient quantity of these and alternative bulbs with other wattage. Good help from sales associates is not a thing of the past - it is alive and well in this store.

This store always rocks. They at the pro services are the best of all the stores that I shop.

Poor service. Wait times to refill propane the last 2 times i visited this store 30 min and 25 min. Register staff seems disinterested in the issue and blame the person they "page" for the delay. The self service kiosk was not working both times i visited. $20 for propane and. 25 min wait for assistance and negative attitudes from employees. No thanks. Normally i don't do surveys but this is service is so bad I figure i should do one so maybe they address issue.

The store was very clean

Told the cashier I wanted to buy Morton's water system salt in the yellow 40 pound bag. The cashier told me (in an exasperated voice) there are two types of Morton salt in yellow bags and then demanded "which one do you want". We were standing RIGHT NEXT to the salt, there is only one Yellow Morton's, there is another brand in a yellow bag, Diamond Crystal. I pointed that out to the cashier and asked If I was missing something. She told me I did not know how to read. Unbelievable.

I was greeted cheerfully as soon as I walked through the door, and the customer service rep helped me find the exact product I needed (bubble wrap). I felt valued as a customer here and know that they were working hard to make me feel appreciated.

My choice of Home Depot stores is 55 Forest Plaza, Annapolis, MD 21401. The employees are knowledgeable and ready to assist with a smile about projects, products, and the location of products in the store. The cashiers get you through the lines with a minimum of wait time and know the store and location of products within the store. One fellow I always seek out is Andrew, an exemplary employee who always has a cheery word and assists with the questions of the patrons. Even though Andrew has a personal handicap, he is a great employee in terms of attitude and help. Thanks Andrew for your assistance to me on this trip.

Greg, an associate working outside in the heat helped me select lumber my first project, a mobile work bench, which is the first project in a wood working course I'm taking.I was using the Home Depot app and had no idea where isle 60 was,... the discovered the outdoors lumber yard. Greg pointed me to some great options/alternatives to make the top of my bench very sturdy by using quarter-sheet plywood (instead of manhandling a whole sheet of plywood and cutting it. Give that man a raise and a years supply electrolyte drinks!!!!

People were great!

This Home Depot is at Riva Festival. For the most part has always been one of the best HD I have ever shopped at and I shop at a lot of HD! The problem I have had is the work that I have had done in my home that they contract out. It has been a nightmare having a new kitchen put in. It is going on five months now and it sure isn’t complete!

Could not find anyone to help as it is hard for me to get around, had to do a lot of walking to get someone to cut a key for me

The best part of this store is that it has a "back" entrance so that one can load bulky stuff (e.g. cinder blocks, bags of mulch, etc.) not only from the front entrance but also from the back, where it is more convenient to pay and load the stuff in your vehicle.

Great store. Solid staff who know what they are talking about. They are friendly and work hard to keep my business. It is not unusual to have them go above and beyond in helping me fulfill an order, or resolve an error (often mine). Their positive attitude makes it a joy to shop there. I have seen the staff keep their cool when kooky customers are asking for unreasonable things. One time this guy tried to return a $39 space heater with a 7 year old receipt. (I am not making this up!). The store associate calmly explained that store policy. Another time this lady was blowing a gasket over a $20 item that she wanted refunded right NOW! In spite of her tyrannical impatience, the store associate stayed professional. Store #2589 Rocks!

If you have to choose between Defense Hwy and Forest Drive - go to Forest Drive. Def Hwy is great if you just want paint or some other decor; but if you want service that 1. Is present and helpful, 2. Actually knows how tools and hardware work, and 3. Will gladly help you with your project; Forest Drive is your shop. Defense Hwy may have more stuff, but Forest Drive far and away has better service.

The salespeople are knowledgeable and very helpful.

BEST STORE IN THE REGION

THE STORE IS A GEM. WHILE ITS SMALLER IN SIZE THAN OTHER HOME DEPOTS IN THE AREA, ITS WELL STOCKED. WHAT REALLY STANDS OUT THOUGH, IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNLIKE OTHER HD STORES, YOU CAN ALWAYS FIND AN ASSOCIATE, YOU NEVER GET THE BRUSH OFF AND THE ASSOCIATES ARE VERY VERY HELPFUL. ITS A NO BRAINER - IF IM IN THE AREA, OR IF I NEED TO PLACE A LARGER ORDER, THEN ITS THIS STORE THAT GETS MY BUSINESS.

Only one checkout open and Home Depot people milling about while long line persist. Poor customer service.
