There wasn't anyone in the appliance area I had to track someone down, but they immediately got someone to help us and then we had a wonderful customer service representative who went above and beyond our expectations.

Friendly Associates

My husband and I recently ordered custom Levolor blinds from this store. Daniel provided excellent customer service and carefully checked and rechecked our order before placing it. The blinds were received very quickly, and we are pleased with the quality and price.

The customer service I received from Kirstin and Tracy was totally outstanding. They both went above and beyond their duty to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend shopping at the Home Depot store in Athens, Ga.

This is my favorite HD store. It’s always clean and inviting and I can always get assistance if I need it.

No cashiers. Only self check out. I will never, never shop at Home Depot again. I should not be expected to do the work of their employees.

I am new to the area but not Home Depot! I have gone in there several times settling into my new place. I gave found them helpful and very courteous . Always taking tbe extra step to assist me from the time I walk in thru check out! I am 71 and grateful to home depot employees! Thank you!

If you need an appliance you need to see Ms. Hankins in this store. She is wonderful and very knowledgeable; and she goes above and beyond to help her customer's.

The product i ordered on line was a Big Red 2 ton cable puller, i had a good experience at the service desk picking up my item. they were friendly, knowledgeable and brought out my tool promptly. the store had other items i needed and was able to find them quickly and the checkout experience was good. i would recomend store to others.

THE BEST STORE SELECTON OF LG REFRIGRATORS IN ATHENS. SALES PERSON WAS VERY NICE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THIS THE SECOND LG REFRIGRATOR PURCHASED AT ATHENS HOME DEPOT. I RECOMMEND BOTH LG AND HOME DEPOT.

Jeremy, Sandra and Octavious were friendly, caring, and these three delivered the best customer service I have received in years today. I am now a #1 fan of Home Depot in Athens, Georgia because these three people were amazing. Might seem silly, but it made me feel like I was in hometown, family owned hardware store where people really cared about you, not a chain location. Headed back to buy a ceiling fan!

Every time I have been to this store, several, I have had no trouble finding someone to assist me in what I needed.

I stopped by Home Depot to remix paint that was purchased a few days prior. I was helped by Aaron, who was extremely helpful and turned my purple paint to blue. I will return to this store for my future home improvement needs.

The items I needed were grouped together, making it easy to get all the things I needed to repair my deck and replace the parts that had deteriorated. The clerks were friendly and knowledgeable and took time to work with me in choosing the best solutions for my needs.
