What's on sale for Independence Day?
Our Independence Day Sale, which includes savings on major appliances such as washing machines and dryers, can help you get a fresh start on cleaning. It runs from June 16th to July 9th. We have fantastic sales on fridges and dishwashers, as well as tools, grills, and outdoor power equipment, too. Shop online at your convenience, or stop by the store today.
Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?
Restore power in your home even after severe storms and wind take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise while they create less power. When browsing generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.
Do you carry large moving boxes?
Pick up an assortment of moving boxes to make storage and moving easier. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our rental moving trucks, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.
How can I prepare my home for severe thunderstorms?
Prepare your home for strong thunderstorms by repairing or replacing faulty parts of your home and hardscaping. If water flows into the crevices, you could be in for major repairs later. Check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. On the outside of your home, examine roof shingles or metal roofs for damage or rust that could let water in. Clean gutters to prevent water from pooling on the roof. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed if they're damaged.
Do you carry wireless or wired doorbell cameras?
Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a peephole or window when you can watch human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Most cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as needed.
