Do not require shoppers to wear masks. I spoke to the employee about two men who walked in right in front of me without masks. She said she couldn't ask them to wear it. TJMaxx does or they have to leave.

Great customer service! Mrs. Betty Joe, Brendan, and Taneshia were so patient and very helpful! I had the best experience shopping for a washer! I entered with much reluctance about having to shop for a washer with very limited knowledge. However, I left very happy and highly satisfied.

Eldorado employees are the best, so eager to help and make you feel great by always asking you if you need help. I love to just go and walk around the store to get ideas.

There is another big name store that compares to Home Depot but not in this area. This store in El Dorado AR is well placed for the citizens in Southwest Arkansas.

Normally I have a good time when I go to the El Dorado, AR store. I find what I'm looking for, at a price that is reasonable and the employees are helpful and friendly. Today wasn't one of those days. The store policy, due in part to the virus, has all of the checkouts at one end of the store. I was at the end with the weedeaters ( bought one) and had to go all the way to the other end to checkout, then all the way back to the other end to my vehicle. Very inconvenient and to me, was rather dumb and stupid.

Best shopping experience at a Home Depot ever. Most of the time at the store in Texarkana you can't find anyone to help you or they are happy to help you. But El Dorado has friendly and helpful employees, they all spoke and said Hi to me. EJ in the garden shop was the best salesman I ever ran into. i will definetly be back to shop there !

Products are usually fully stocked and if they are not there is an associate that will look for the item just in case it’s in the back for me. The store is clean and it’s easy to navigate, too!!!

I don't usually do reviews but my experience with Home Depot this week was so good that I thought I would do one. I know a lot of the better experience usually depends on who you get to help you. I got a good one! She was in customer service and she went over and beyond to help me. She did exactly what she said she would do...and with such a great attitude! I appreciate her. Not only that but the store was very clean, neat and other sales people were very helpful.
