Was charged the wrong price for a propane exchange
Propane tank exchange - price outside said $20.98 but I was charged $22.98. I mentioned this to the cashier and she said "It used to be $19.98 so it must have gone up again.". I expected her to override the price instead of just passing it off as no big deal.

    Satisfied enough to go back
A very good store for plants and most household items and the only store I'll buy paint from. I learned a while back to bypass the lumber selection.

      Disappointing visit
I went to the store after seeing on the website that the item I wanted was on an in-store clearance sale and there were 7 items in stock. I got there within 15 minutes and the item could not be located. It was handled with a shrug by the managers or supervisors that the person serving me asked about it.

          Great experience *****
I was very impressed with the help I received at the Evansvilles Eaat side location I received 100% customer service on orders and direct purchase. I ask for help and I got it on a Saturday in fact they were very busy and I never had that kind of service there in years past. But I was very happy to do this review for all those whom help me,from Wendy&Mel to Lucas and runners and cutters. Everyone was spot on . Thanks!

Poor service and long waits for help
Employees in the paint section are the only friendly ones who ask about your projects and if you need help. Employees in the pro zone and lumber yard are extremely rude here. I have waited over 45 minutes for a single cut on wood here at a time when they were not busy. Managers walk past you when you clearly need help.
