Specialty wood is of decent quality but there wasn’t much variety. Common boards were pretty chewed up the last time I was in there. They have everything an average home owner needs. If you need paneling cut in the back, ensure you double check where the employee is marking and cutting your panels. They are very helpful and accommodating.

Waited for over 30 mins for someone to help in the wood department had to ask multiple people to have someone paged finally someone was called back while other employees could of helped instead of just standing there talking to each other gossiping about drugs or while another employee was just talking on the phone about their personal life. Go to Lowe’s you will get better service.

I purchased $12,000.00 of cabinets that were delivered mostly all damaged or incorrect from there design team. It took over 3 months to finally resolve the incorrect order. Which turned our gas cooktop island base into a electric cooktop, causing us to redesign and spend more money and time. Horrible experience with cabinets and appliances. Appliance's came defective and damaged as well. Probably will never use Home Depot again. I'd give one star but we had a wonderful employee refund us for the multiple issue's. Thank you Arielle.

Twice now while using the self checkout recently I've witnessed a young African American female employee treat all customers who aren't her ethnicity rudely with sharp condescending comments, body language, gestures and snarky or mean comments mumbled under her breath or looking the other direction. This is done towards elderly veterans, people acting extra friendly and anyone who doesn't look like her in general.

We bought Neem Oil to spray our fruit trees with. to prevent black spots from forming on the outside of the fruit. And the fruit is growing and "NO" spots.

Nice job, had the microwave I wanted in stock. Employees were helpful and evev loaded in the truck for me.

I tried to return a purchase, as direct by management, they put my return on wrong card and cashier was rude about it. Management called and address the issue but nothing was corrected

I came into return an item and the associates were helpful. Then I had 2 small items to find, and, again the associates were helpful. I tried to use self-checkout, and the associate was extremely helpful. Definitely coming back.
