This Home Depot is my happy place. The garden center is always clean and fully stocked with so many wonderful items to make my garden more beautiful. And for those inside projects, we always find what we're looking for. I cant help but come back for more items to beautify our home, or for repairs. Staff is extra nice

I needed help, couldn’t find any employees so I walked to customer service and asked for help in hardware. No one ever showed up. I come to this Home Depot very often and was very disappointed in this trip. Note…this was a Saturday afternoon in springtime.

WE SHOP THERE 2-3 TIMES A WEEK, AS WE LIVE CLOSE BY. THE PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY, THE PLACE IS ALWAYS CLEAN, AND THEY ARE ALWAYS WELL STAFFED AND STOCKED. MY WIFE LOVES THE GARDEN CENTER!

The Home Depot store in Flowery Branch, Georgia is wonderful. The staff members are very friendly and professional. I always get good advice from them. They also help to load heavy items purchased.

If you need help with kitchen appliances, ask for Alyssa or David. You won't be disappointed!

In and out no wasted time

I don’t do the self checkout, I don’t work for Home Depot. Retailers don’t need to shift their labor to us the “Customer”! I mentioned this to the lady at checkout and she got huffy and rang up my items. I told her she didn’t ring up all the quantities of an item and she came back and rang some more, but still didn’t get them all. I paid for my transaction and left.

David Prendergast did a great job helping me finance a dryer.

most of the time I find what I am looking for.

I bought some additional items for my home rebuild that the cotractor missed. Always found someone knowledgeble and friendly who could help. I wish I had a memory like them to directly me to the aisle and bin locations.

The gentleman that helped me was so kind and walked me to the item instead of telling me which aisle. I really appreciated his help. I know the holidays are extremely busy, but the item I needed was somewhat hidden from views so I knew I would never have found it.

Bought blinds and am happy with servive. Having them installed. The set up caller got out of her way to call me immediately after I'd returned the message. Measurer was on time, check out was fastidious.

Good experience in and out with no problems

I went to home depot today in Flowery Branch, Georgia. I had just had a manicure-poor timing. I was going to need mulch/rock so I asked a male employee named Lucas to help me. He was excellent! Lucas literally walked around the garden center with me placing items on the cart he had retrieved. When I needed a few indoor plants, he went with me there as well-helping me to look at plant size and prices. He put down plastic in my brand new car before loading all the materials I purchased. Excellent!

They had every thing I wanted.

Clarence was amazing. He helped me to find the correct mortar that I needed so I didn't have to drive to another location! He then assisted me in which was best for my project, and loaded what I needed into the cart for me! He was patient, kind, and eager to assist.

Just bought 25 gallons of Behr Ultra exterior paint to paint my NEW 6 ft. wood privacy fence. Lots of money involved, but felt Home Depot has always guided me to the right product and been super helpful doing so.

We love shopping at the Flowery branch store! The employees are always so nice and helpful! We usually find everything that we need !

My issue that I needed help with by the store manager (J.R.) was resolved in such a way that far exceeded my expectations. The customer service was outstanding. The manager seemed genuinely interested in helping me with the issue. I felt valued as a customer, which is truly rare these days in this fast paced world. Refreshing!!!!
