I have visited this store multiple times and usually it is for one specific item. Most of the time I come out with more item. Employees are friendly and always eager to help.

There is a sink faucet which the sticker on the shelf says $12.98. Not on the individual item, the shelf. The box on the shelf was tattered and open. At the register I asked for a discount because it was an open box, as I have inspected the package myself, I was willing to chance it. Denise at the Self-checkout tells me, "Well you don't have to buy it!" She goes even further to argue with me about how this color aged opened box item is NEW. I happen to believe a factory sealed item is New. I asked Denise if she was not able to provide the discount, then I would like to speak with a manager who can. She relays her side of the story to her manager so he doesn't feel the need to see if my concerns have been met. 10 minutes more I wait. I ask Denise is there a reason why I couldn't speak to your manager directly? So she finally calls him down. The manager basically told me he wouldn't sell a plumbing item at a 10% discount. He doesn't feel comfortable selling it unless it was the last one. I tell him it was on his shelf. He blames a customer for opening the item. An actual new one was brought to me from the back by Mark, who is very helpful. This box was not only factory sealed, but also with nylon straps. Denise successfully succeeded in embarrassing me. Over a discount I asked which would have only been $1.30. I am a veteran and feel totally disrespected. An apology never came. I have been renovating a house down here. I have purchased isolation, toilets, boilers, etc. I have loyally spent tens of thousands at this particular store. My thousands I have spent here will be my last. You lost a loyal customer over 10%, which valued $1.30 for an open box item and an apology which was never rendered.

I came in to pickup play sand which was on sale. The pallet area in the store was completely empty.I went to an associate and they looked it up on the scanner and it showed a large amount in the rear of the store in a service area. Two associates on the floor, Malcolm and Ant, were super friendly and helpful. Malcolm got a forklift and And safely guided him to the front loading area where they both loaded my car and another customer that was also getting sand. Great guys and HD should be proud.

Every time I go to the customer service area for pickup Estelle is super friendly. Estelle gets you checked out quickly and efficiently. She is a great representative of Home Depot !!!

Location, Hours and the helpful associates on hand in every department. Even if they don't work in a specific area they do their best. Never have a problem with returns or exchanges. Long time customer and will continue as such.

The store was very clean. The associated was very knowledgeable of the store and products. The young-man in the paint department was very helpful. He deserves to be rewarded.

I would only recommend this store because of Oceanna. She took her time out to help me while she wasn’t even on clock! She didn’t even care that she wasn’t making money she actually cared about the customers she actually put me first and that doesnt happen at all

The store is clean, well lite and everything is clearly marked. It is easy to walk from one side of the store to the other without clutter in the aisles or general areas. Definitely, has a friendly helpful staff.

I shop this store all the time, but it saddens me that when I looked at my receipt today I was charged for too many items and when I called I got, oh, and was placed on hold for over 8 minutes and never got to talk to anyone..seriously what kind of customer service is that? I hung up and tried to call back, and finally gave up. Also, I purchased things in the garden shop; as soon as I walked in, they closed the last door to the outside and I couldn't get to anything, another customer was also disappointed we couldn't get to the items outside. I realize it was getting darker, but it was only 7:30 and the store hours state they are open to 10. Once they closed the garden shop, there was no one there and I wanted to look at something I could't reach, but since I there wasn't someone, I settled for something I could.

I always go to this store because it is so easy to find what I need, and the employees are very helpful in every department I ever went into. The ladies at the paint center are very friendly and funny. They crack me up!!

This has been my main Home Depot store since about 1999. I have never experienced problems with any associates. Also the rest room is always clean!

Staff is rude and lazy. In addition, they force you to self-checkout.
