I entered the store today in search of a specific product. Upon approaching the main cashiers, Janie asked if she could be of assistance. The product I was purchasing was in a locked cage. She exceeded expectations in retrieving the item and assured it was the one I wanted. She was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She truly made my shopping experience a positive one. Thank you for having Janie in your employ.

It is conveniently located by my house but I don't always find what I'm looking for. Otherwise, I recently purchased a new washer and dryer set. It was delivered as promised and so far so good. This last time we had a great cashier, Forrest! We joked about the Forrest Gump movie too! One item was not tagged so he took the time to look it up on his phone and then the register so that it could be purchased. Very helpful!

The managers and store associates are very friendly and extremely helpful. If one associate is not sure of where to find an item, they will ask another store associate or look up the product. The cashiers are very friendly as well. One let me know The Home Depot does not carry what I asked for and told me a store nearby where I could find the product. The store is always well organized, clean and products actually stay in each area and easy to find.

Standard home depot. Decent stock. If you can look for Forest, he has excellent customer service skills and makes you feel valued as a customer, his qualities alone are the reason I would go back to this store specifically. If all employees where like Forest this would have been 5 stars! The outdoor section I laid out very well and spacious. All Aisles have plenty of space for shopping cart. Great experience.

This store is close to my home and is always there for all of my home care supplies. I can always find what I need for my repairs. I find that home depot prices are very fare. they nail it with their prices.

I went to get some Sheetrock and wait 40 min for the help but never show up

I'VE BEEN GOING TO THIS STORE FOR MORE THAN 25 YEARS AND I HAVE ALWAYS HAD AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE WITH HOME DEPOT. THE STORE IS ALWAYS VERY CLEAN AND THE BATHROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN AS WELL. IN MY EYES THEY HAVE ALWAYS GONE OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP A CUSTOMER OUT. VERY FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO HELP YOU FIND EVERYTHING YOU NEED. NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH HOME DEPOT ASSOCIATES. THEY ALWAYS HAVE EVERYTHING I NEED FOR HOME REPAIRS AND REMODELS. TO THE HOME DEPOT ASSOCIATES I SAY TO YOU. Alizey at the customer service desk is extremely rude she refused to call a manager to help me in the store, she told me there was only one manger and that i would have to wait for a lumber associate to come if i wanted help. The girl at the pro desk stick her finger in my face and the other gurl at customer service couldn’t understand how to process a return from my home depot card to store credit.

The staff gave water to customers outside in line waiting to go in, which that is an awesome thing for them to do.

Customer service is a thing of the past. I am in Home Depot 3 times a day average. Day started with setting in line for about 10 minutes t get into the store. Get to the lumber side and there are no carts in the store. So I try to walk out of the store to retrieve a flat bed lumber cart and the lady said "No, you can't walk out to get the cart and come back in" to which I told her I needed a lumber cart and she made suggestions for small carts. Knowing the load I had to get I told her that was not acceptable and she responded well "it is a rule you can't go out and come back in". She could have offered to get someone to bring a cart in instead of recommending that I go out and get a cart and go get back in line. I asked for a manager and then went and found one who was kind enough to go and get one for me. She glared when I walked up with a manager. I never said anything rude to this woman. I loaded a cart of 16', 12'. 10' and 8' 2x6 pressure treated material with only one person asking me if I needed help. Instead of asking me for help one of the material handlers ask me to move so he could shut down the isle to pick his order instead of asking if they could help me get my materials loaded. I was passed by with managers and assistant managers, 6 or 7 order pickers. One young man asked if I needed help as I was loading the last board. I told 3 young men I needed help to push the cart to the front because it was so heavy and they thought I was joking. I will only use tis store in Grand Prairie when it is extremally important. The sad part is this store has been my home store since it opened over 20 years ago. The lady guarding that refused to let me walk out and back in the door to get a cart, who was reporting when a customer left the store so the front door could let folks in the store, would not speak and ignored me when I was trying to talk to her when leaving the store. I hope you have better luck. Enough for me.

I was given such great customer service and help with unloading my heavy return items with friendliness. When I didn't have any photo ID or phone on me, Varina waited patiently for me to grab my phone from my truck and FaceTime my boss to get his Drivers License number for her, and helped me work around the predicament we were both in. She was very professional, kind and efficient. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and the store is neat and organized.

Employees ignore you even when you look confused

Employees at this location I’m always been very helpful. More helpful than other Home Depot locations I’ve been to. They have assisted in everything from having large pieces of wood cut to specific dimensions from finding a discontinued toilet seat to match my other restrooms.

I easily find what I need and obtain any needed assistance within a reasonable amount of time.

Home Depot has great products and great staff willing to assist it’s just not enough great employees to assist. Sometimes you spend time trying to find someone to help. Your a customers you should not have to spend half the time you came to shop looking for someone to assist you. Other than that Myself and my family love shopping at Home Depot so let’s try and make this a great experience all the way around. Mic
