Around 16 years ago I would never give home Depot a 5 star. Everyone now are more helpful.

There were no cluttered isles and all associates were friendly and asked if I needed help.

H'burg HD is, and always has been, my "go to" store for everything "home"-related.

We built our new home using Home Depot for our go to for everything we needed. French the store manager is always willing to make you have what you want. Staff in appliancen Dan in Kitchen, Kenny in flooring & storage, Tina in paint. We've not had one bad experience in the nine months of building our home now finishing our basement. Definitely would recommend Home Depot 100%. Thank you all for making our home building experience easy.

My husband and I have been very thankful for this Home Depot. Their service and friendly staff is second to none. They always go out of the way to be helpful! I love shopping here!

This store is well stocked and well managed, the employees are all professional, friendly, and proactive, and the atmosphere is welcoming. This is a great store for laypeople who are unfamiliar with all the necessary ins and outs of their home/business improvement projects.

The employees at Home Depot are what makes the shopping experience great. I cannot think of a time there isn't an employee (or more) asking if I need help finding what I'm looking for or if I need help loading my purchase.

This store seems very up to date in flooring and displays. They have fireplace and wood stove chimneys and pipe. I think home depot is really on top of things.

The people at the PRO desk are the best in the store! They are all really helpful and if you can't find something in the store you want, they will take the time to see if it can be ordered or even special ordered. they care!

If you want to buy appliances ask for Kienan. He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout our buying process for a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, washer and dryer! We feel like we got the best deal after going to competitors

I always find what I am looking for and there is alot of different products to choose from. I like a variety to choose from. Staff is friendly everything is well stocked.

JUST WALKING AROUND THE STORE 3 ASSOCIATES INQUIRED IF I NEEDED HELP. IN THE "OTHER" STORE (NEAR BY) I FIND MYSELF LOOKING FOR ASSOCIATES TO HELP ME AND WHEN I FINALLY FIND ONE, I OFTEN GET TOLD THEY ARE HELPING SOMEONE ELSE. SO I HAVE TO LINGER TO EVENTUALLY GET HELP. FRUSTRATING BECAUSE I USUALLY WANT IN AND OUT OF THE STORE.

Bought a vanity top online and received the item broken 3 different times before I finally decided to just cancel and ask for a refund. Not once did I get an apology for the inconvenience it caused me. Very disappointed.

They kept an accurate inventory and provided me a good customer service.
