Sometimes you don't get the usual Home Depot experience, but this was exceptionally bad, from tracking down assistance more than once, a rude cashier insinuating that I didn't need to apply for a Home Depot card, to having unruly people linger in and around the checkout trying to put unpaid items in my cart and taking them out with my stuff with no staff assistance...would recommend Pittsburg or a different Home Depot.

Store layout and cleanliness are acceptable. What always gets me is how nice every employee is. Each time we go, we have a very friendly conversation at checkout. Employees are also eager to succinctly guide us when we need assistance.

I shop regularly at home depot and what I'm looking for is easy to find and the customer is very satisfactory. I would highly recommend everyone to shop there.

This store greatly impressed us during the pandemic. It had personal protection supplies in sufficient quantities long before their competitors. Their sales associates have been extremely helpful in answering our questions about current products or products purchased in the past. They have been helpful and efficient. We live between Joplin and Tulsa, but prefer the Joplin store.

I like the convenience of easily getting in and out. The store is clean and the personnel are friendly.

I like it that when I ask for help an associate helps me out and not only tells me what aisle but walks me to the product.

Helpful paint dept, and the best information and checkout assistance by Brittany. She went the extra mile, and was so friendly and even left the service desk to check us out! She’s an excellent asset to your store!

Good store to go to for anything

I'm leaving this 5 star review for an employee.. not so much the store lol.. miss cina... you're amazing .. thank you for not acting like it was a pain to help me cuz that is how the other 7 standing there made me feel when I asked for help.. if you need help.. ASK FOR CINA!!!!

Katrina understands watching out for customers waiting and approached me immediately, handled a return/exchange/additional purchase with kindness and professionalism, and engaged in a personal conversation that was a wonderful encouragement to me. Was so pleased all employees wore mask and wore them correctly. Was easy to social distance for most part. The parking lot was clean. I wish there was more sanitizerin bathrooms. Employees very cordial and helpful

Friendly and helpful employees.

I like most employees at the Joplin store. They are always helpful and friendly. But more so knowledgeable. Veronica in plumbing is the "Bomb". She knows her stuff. I hate plumbing. Maybe i will do more since i have someone to help me. Veronica reads the mind of my plumbing problem. It was crazy kool. Veronica made a scary venture easy. I walked in with a box full of the oldest plumbing parts known to man. Veronica looked at it for all of 5 seconds and said "got it". She started throwing parts in my basket. All of it was exactly what i needed. I like the contractor's desk personal too. They always help me. I usually dont need any help. But when i do. BAM! Help. I think its Joshua. He has helped me a lot. He has muscles. I needed help loading stuff. He is so nice. Friendly.

Joplin store has the worst customer service. The evening is the worst. Employees and management do not want to assists customers. Come on Home Depot.

Great store with even better employees. Hannah Kitson always goes above and beyond to help us. Always clean and easy to find what you need.

Appreciate the masked employees for being accessible for questions and asking if I needed any help ... no awkwardness at all in the store enjoyed the “business as usual” feeling ... thank you

Ask for Norma She will get you the answers you need and not give up on you or give you a generic "Sorry, sold out" like other stores!

Love shopping at this store. Staff is helpful and know how to do home jobs and where everything is in the store. Really like when they help me load my car. Employees are not friendly and usually just walk past you! Most of the time I see employees standing around in small groups just chit chatting and not actually working. On a consistent basis I normally have to interrupt or stop someone who just walked past to me to get any help. This store is a disgrace!
