Colton was fairly new to job, but took the time to get answers and seems to be doing it correctly.

the quality of customer service far exceeded my expectations.

Maria was my Cashier, super friendly and genuine!

Shelby at the service desk always greets you with a smile and is very willing to help.

Justine in lawn and garden is quite knowledgeable about lawn products.

Ismael was very helpful in getting me the right product for the right price.

Employees and management work together to support local non-profit community organizations.

What I like about this store is it has people who are knowledgeable building trades. When You ask for help You get answers. Most items have choices. I like that. It is a clean store. There are not out of place items all over the store.

This is a good store, I've always found the employees to be pleasant and between helpful and very helpful!

It was our first time at this store we were on vacation and from Iowa. We found the store was very clean and organized we found our what we where looking for with no problems. There were several associates that stop and ask us if we needed any help finding what we where looking for everyone was very very friendly and really polite to us compared to other brand names building centers we have visited. Janice was our cashier and she had a great personality and a great sense of humor. this is definitely a great store. that's why we gave it a 5 star rating..

Customer service given by Simon during the purchase of our GE refrigerator was excellent! From start to finish this store visit was great. Every employee we came into contact with was very friendly and helpful and ready to offer their assistance. Definitely plan to return to this store for all of our home improvement needs.

Home Depot was such a blessing!! I had to fly in to help my friend whose husband was a Desert Storm Veteran. They have a son with special needs. This family had their dishwasher go out 8 months prior, their dryer 1 1/2 months and were drying on the fence, and then their washing machine give up the ghost. I booked an immediate flight and arrived the next day. I needed a Veteran Discount on the in stock washer and dryer and have a dishwasher delivered ASAP. No one could deliver for five days. Jody Nixon heard our request and made several calls within Home Depots system. She gave us $100 off the Washer and Dryer and had it delivered that day and the old taken away. Home Depot truly cares and answers the need for its customers. We could not be more thankful!!!

I'm writing this review so that I can recognize one of the employees that works in this store. Our dryer broke down after only 4 years of use ( DON'T BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES ) and was shopping at this Home Depot. After walking around for several minutes I was approached by Tracy Riggin who works in that department. She asked several questions to determine what we were looking for and the rest was easy...... Whirlpool.....American made ....American built.....American jobs !!!!! ( and the price was right ) Tracy was very friendly , helpful and had the knowledge that I was looking for so I do expect that in the future I will be back and most definately will try to find Tracy for more help.

From where i sit it looks like the individual clerk decides who gets a Military Discount and what it applies to.

Awesome store, staff are superb helpful, great prices, and don't forget bring your dog.

Leah in returns is condescending & does not handle returns correctly. My items were on my credit card and she stated that they were not so looked in my email (trash) to show her. Instead of apologizing for her mistake, she stated, “Well, if you had shown that from the beginning, it would have made our lives easier.” Sorry, not my job to make your life easier especially when my items WERE, IN FACT, ON MY CARD.

The store had exactly what I needed in stock. The crew at the service desk were extremely helpful courteous and kind. They, especially Shelby, went out of their way to provide the best shopping experience ever. Thank you all!!

We shop at this store many times throughout the year. Always friendly sales persons and are knowledgeable about where items are that we are interested in pujrchasing.

Ismael, Jaxson, and Tyler were amazingly helpful today. While I wasn't able to get a refund at the time, they assured me I would get one once I received the item and brought it back in to the store. I should have come into the store a week ago when I first started having problems with "Fast"mile delivery/Show Me Delivery failing to get me my order. A special thanks to Tyler who helped me locate a new toilet and then get it in a small car!

As a woman in a predominately men led area (handyman, contracting, builders, etc.), I was very happy with my experience at the Lawrence, KS store, which offered exceptional customer service in every department I visited!! At least 6 employees helped me throughout the store & 4 of them showed initiative by seeing & offering to fulfill my next need before I asked. All were friendly & quick to smile & help me solve my problem. I wasn't harassed about not wearing a mask like I am most places I go ( I am hard of hearing & need to read lips to understand others which was an exemption under KS Executive order, masks have cut me off from everyone & most the time I don't even know who is talking). I am a penny pincher & felt the stores prices were very reasonable. I am also a customer care expert (25+ years), and was very pleased with entire experience at this store. I won't hesitate to come back!

We went in looking for several things to help us in our adventure of painting our cabinets. We were so grateful to receive help in picking out everything we needed by the wonderful gentleman working in the paint department. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very kind!
