Dirty, cluttered, out of stock on material all the time, no care shown by employees or managers, no selection to choose from. Very poorly run store!

I was struggling to handle some heavy bags of soil. The store manager happened to walk by and was extremely polite and friendly, offering to help. I’m a small person, but usually people ignore me if I’m struggling, or are condescending when offering help. This was a very pleasant way to be treated and I wish I saw more of it in society!

This is a fun store and after so many times of going there for work they know me and know them. I definitely use my home depot card so there's no need to ask. I love to tease and get teased by them. I wish I could I add their names so they could all get credit for a job well done. I will always continue to go here.

You shouldn't allow people to shoplift. I witnessed it firsthand pointed it out to an employee and was told they're not allowed to do anything. BS

Leavenworth Home Fepit is a great place to choose your home needs inside and out. The workers are knowledgeable and helpful. The cashiers are friendly. Excellent service! A JOYful customer!

Everytime I order doors or windows Vicky is the very best. Always gets everything perfect. Super knowledgable.

Nice neighborhood store!

Associate cutting wood pushed my wife to the back of the line even after another guy told the associate that my wife was in front of him. My wife was the one that went and got the associate in the first place! SMH We left without our wood getting cut….

After a bad experience at the st Joseph location Natasha here in Leavenworth came to my rescue and made me feel like I my service was important appreciate the service at this location wish they were much closer to me

I purchased a Milwaukee air compressor from this store. I went straight home and tried it on a golf cart tire. I couldn't believe how easy this was to use, and how quickly it inflated the tire! Shopping here was a pleasure from the time I walked in until the time I left the store. Then when I used the product, heck I'm still smiling!

Employees are hard to find in the store. When you find them they tell you they will call someone who works this department. nobody never comes back i have to go look for someone to help me. Very disappointed.

The people at the Leavenworth store are amazing! Attentive, committed and always asking whether I need help.

We're happy the store was open today. The staff was helpful and friendly.

We tried to purchase a washing machine at our local HD store but there was not one employee anywhere in sight and we waited and looked for one for awhile. We drove to the Leavenworth store the following day. We were greeted by employees at the entrance and in the appliance department. Jerica Pearce wrote up our order and installation info. She was so helpful in answering all questions and I loved her personality. We will definitely drive out of our way to shop at the Leavenworth HD store.

I drive past several other hardware stores to go to the Shawnee KS location Home Depot. Their manager is incredible as well as the men in the lumber department.

I have a continuous string of projects and live nearby, so I am a frequent shopper here. Every helper that I've ever met here is knowledgeable on options; a recent example is plumbing. Pex vs cpvc vs copper.... ??? The project went smoothly with the answers and actually a class on what works with what and conversion pieces.

if memory serves, this store seemed difficult in the parking area for contractors with big trucks and trailers to get in and out of

I’m grateful for the staff at the Leavenworth Home Depot. While working on multiple house projects, their expert associates have provided excellent customer service and advice.

I love the Leavenworth location. I'd rather go to Home Depot than any other store in town. The store is always stocked with merchandise, fully staffed, and the staff is always wonderful!!

The employees are always very friendly and will come and ask me if I need help when I look lost. Their return system is also very easy and I appreciate how relaxed they make the process. I also liked that they saw I had little kids and went to go get us a flyer for the next Kid's Craft Project they had coming up - if I had tried to go back to get a flyer my kids would have tried running away first chance they got; so it was very nice that the employees went and got the flyer for us!

I had an issue with a mower I bought over 2 years ago, along with the 3 year extended warranty. An issue arose with the mower and I tried to use my warranty. It failed. I went to my local HD and, even though my chance to return had long expired, they granted me a full refund. XOXO
