I want to leave a 4 star review but it hurts the employees more that the store itself and the employees are amazing. Be patient with them and they will help you with anything and everything. Natalie in service and Stan at pro desk is the main reason why I shop there. They always help and lighten my day. However the stock is not the best. A lot of times the app will say they have something in-stock but it's never there. Stock could be way better.

Was very pleased that they had the roofing coating brand that I use; HENRY. It is superior to other brands in both application and durability. Some other hardware stores no longer carry it.

Items were priced wrong, out of stock, and multiple isles were closed for unknown reasons. If you are a professional contractor who’s time matters skip this location altogether.

We have been going to the Montano Home Depot Store for over 18 years and have always received excellent customer service. We always recommend this store when we are able. We look forward to continuing to shop at this store.

Home Depot is one of my favorite stores! I really appreciate their wide selection of items and the free delivery for orders over $45.00. Their return policy is also very easy. Awesome job! Thank you Home Depot!

What are the chances that I get help from two employees and they are both pleasant and WILLING to help me! Wow! I don't think it's a coincidence, I think it's Home Depot trying to change the culture at their store. It made my shopping experience a good one.

I really like this store. I actually pass a store that is closer to home, to come here. This store is cleaner, has more product and has way less people causing problems in the parking lot. I enjoy walking into this store.

I was greeted at the store by Delia she was unbelievably knowledgeable. She cared and she listened. By comparison no other store gave me that feeling of confidence in the buying decision I made. I noticed other employed doing very helpful as well. I would go back to Montano location every time knowing what I know now.

The Customer Service Desk staff is terrific. They go out of their way to help and will spend whatever time it takes to get you what you need.

I purchased several home products for my grandson who is moving to that area. Employees answered questions, and even called about an order they were 't sure about. A+

I went to buy replacement water heater hoses. 3 clerks were talking in the plumbing section. I asked for finding the parts and was told where to find them. I stated; “you can’t show me?” And received no reply. I wound up making 2 additional trips to the store, because the original parts I bought were incorrect. Had I been helped, I could have avoided the extra trips.

Very convenient Location as we are doing remodels at my apartment complex and i gave go grab what i need within 10 minutes

Home Depot excellent rating. I was recently robbed and all my tools were stolen along with many other items in my home. Much of what I have to replace I was able to get at Home Depot. Nearly all of my tools were stolen so I was blessed to have Darlene in toll department take her time to address my needs and give me information from which I was able to make informed decisions about what to replace. Angela at check out assisted me because I forgot my coupon I was going to use on this expensive visit. She told me what I could do when I come back with the coupon so that I can use it for my purchase. Both women are great assets and remarkable employees.

I will not shop here again. Home Depot no longer accepts a physical copy of your veteran ID card. You must go online and apply for the military discount. Unbelievable!

Why is it a problem to get my receipts email to me you cashiers always override that option I am getting tired of asking you guys to address this issue

According to my on line account, am registered to benefit from Military Vet Discount. But I I Please fix the online Viritual ID . Store says go online, online say go to store. "To use in store, use your Virtual ID at checkout and the discount will be applied to eligible items". this is taken directly from thour Military Discount Benefit Page. HOW CAN I GET MY ACCOUNT FLAGGED WITH THIS VERICATION? Your score will improve

My husband and I shop at this store regularly. We have had other experiences with profiling in the past but today was the by far the worst and most obvious. We were getting bags of mulch, plants and pots, our cart was full. When we got to self check out the employee brought an empty cart over to us and told us we had to scan each item and move it to the new cart so she “can see everything in between the bags” My husband is Hispanic and heavily tattooed, this isn’t the 1st bad experience with employees here but looking around seeing other equally full carts and we were the only ones asked to transfer items, it was very clear she was under the impression we were stealing. Really disappointed in this woman, my husband works with underprivileged children and I’m a small business owner, we have much better things to do with our lives than steal from Home Depot.

I went to buy an item. Asked cashier for help with military discount since site wasnt working, she said no use website.. I asked if she could get someone to help she said no.. Terrible experience.

Cashier Belinda was rude not friendly and made me feel like I was bothering her. When I told her she was smashing some plants she said well I have to scan this bag of mulch
