Excellent location from North freeway and North Fort Worth. They have a large variety of items in stock and online. Customer service was super.

Over the past year, we have undertaken many projects on our newly purchased home. Our latest was rebuilding the deck with Veranda composite decking. Previously, we have upgraded our Master Bath, installed granite kitchen counters, new appliances, painted the exterior and interior walls, carpentry, framing, and various electrical and plumbing improvements. On this occasion, we stopped in the Plumbing section for sprinkler components to construct a watering system for my wife’s garden. We had the pleasure once again of being assisted by Liz. Greeted with her infectious smile, she was incredibly knowledgeable on every component that we were seeking. Another call-out from prior visits would be the assistance from Terry who fits the same mold of character as Liz. They both make shopping a very pleasurable experience. Their outstanding product and installation knowledge eliminates waste and rework. Additionally, Franchesca and Doty at the Pro Desk always put extra efforts into searching materials that are difficult to obtain and assisting with purchases and returns. Finally, there is Hilda. She is the one of the managers we have had the pleasure of interacting with on many occasions. I’m convinced the huge success of this store resonates because of her guidance and direction.

Betty has excellent customer service

I have gone to other Home Depot stores and it wasn't that the employees weren't nice, but, the personnel at this Home Depot are exceptional - I have never been in that store that I have not been treated nicely and helped---and sometimes the employees go out of their way to be helpful, whereas, in another store they'd just let you suffer through the frustration of trying to get something done---the folks at this Home Depot are exceptionally nice, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful.

Garden center employee was rude and dismissive up on checkout. Attempted to charge us for a more expensive tree when they couldn't find the label for ours even though the one next to it was labeled.

Store was clean. Lots of new displays of merchandise. In the garden shop, more new plants were being brought in. Everyone was friendly.

We had a Christmas tree to return. Even though we bought the tree back in October, it was a seamless process. The return was quick and easy. While in the store, we needed to purchase a box fan. Totally out of season. Jordan (employee) located the fan we needed, helped bring it down, and then found us in the store to make sure we got it.

Kudos to: Eva, Joshua., Nathan for going over and beyond for me. I'll be back!

I received excellent customer service from Angela in the customer service dept. She was very efficient, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me with my return.

Thomas was great help in walking us thru the selection & purchasing process. He provided guidance with suggestions without pressure

The entire parking lot and store is cluttered with products and trash. It looks like nobody cares about the store because it’s dirty and shelves aren’t stocked with a lot of products. The employees don’t seem to notice you’re there and even when checking out with an actual cashier they don’t acknowledge you. I would have checked myself out had I been able to use one of the self checkouts in garden and would have gotten better service. This location is a last ditch effort I go to when trying to find items. You take your life in your hands walking around this hazardous maze.

We just bought a new refrigerator and at this store and the employee was very knowledgeable about all the different features of all the different models which made the buying experience a lot easier.

I finally returned to HD and Darianna and Ashley have gone over and above to make me feel like someone they want there. Previous service was terrible to say the least. However, these two have nearly made that previous service fade from my memory.

Needed a custom match. Served by two young women in the paint department who shall remain unnamed, one who seem to not want to be bothered. Ended up with wrong color, not once but twice. Would not follow the color scan and custom match and insisted I use one of the standard colors. Guess what? Not right. Went to another HD (in Keller) and I was properly taken care by a well-mannered and caring young man who actually seemed to know what he was doing. 2 Stars is all this HD gets for its paint department and truly apathetic and apparently untrained women.

I came in for some mosquito repellent and thought I wanted to get the candles but ended up getting an electric repellent after being educated on the different types of items there was from Keisha. After getting what I came for I went to browse ryobi products and Sean was very helpful to point out the great sale with the batteries and free item. I love using the ryobi one+ collection and Sean showed me some tools I didn’t even know ryobi made. When checking out Candy was very helpful and efficient and made it quite easy to leave but wanting to come back for their great customer service.

I was seeking some information my project loan. Ronna went beyond just directing me to the website or giving me a phone number to call. She actually offered to contact the needed service and assisted me all the way till I got satisfaction. I cannot thank Ronna enough for her courtesy, patience and respect.

Many items are now locked behind cages that make no sense being locked up. Getting assistance to have an employee unlock a cage is a hassle. Many of the employees either had attitudes or acted like they didn't want to be bothered.

Connie went above and beyond to help me! I give her 5 stars!

this store seems to carry more items than other home depots

Customer service was the best

On my visit to Home Depot on I35 North Fort Worth, I was helped by a cashier named Summer that assisted me in getting a $25.00 discount on my purchase.

Helped me unload my cart, he was already in his car done for the day when he saw me with a large purchase

I had a simple phone sale but Angie and Joseph were fantastic and very friendly and helpful.

A wonderful employee helped me get a Home Depot credit card but in his exuberance he forgot to apply my military discount. Other than that it was as always a great shopping experience.

I've been a long time customer and this experience had a lot to be desired. If there's a promotion for a product, honor it or don't display it. And don't just say that you have submitted a ticket for it to be corrected and keep displaying the signs, as this will create confusion and frustration to the customer. Especially during this season. Oh, and be at least friendly to the customer after the incident too. If you have to personal problems, leave them home or don't go to work that day if you can't be customer friendly. It had to be said and yes I did. Right Ernesto??

I've worked retail a lot, and I know how challenging it can be. So I must say that I was very happy with my shopping experience. Staff was super helpful. I recommend them.
