Had a major Water Heater issue and had a great experience at the Home Depo store ,,the employee in the plumbing section helped in locating and loading the Heater on the cart and Carol at the check out assisted in getting help loading it into my truck....Thanks

We got more help with trimming and loading our Christmas tree than I've ever experienced in past. (And I am 80.) :-) and the price was right.

I've been shopping at this HD for over 20 years, and I can honestly say the store has never been better.

Bought LG refrigerator using 18 month no interest financing on Home Depot credit card which was birthday gift from Home Depot. Great price and it's exactly what I need.

When renting tools be sure you know if you are being charged for damage protection. They do not always ask if you want it and include it in the price. Don't know if this was just poor practice or if management has directed employees to include it in the price without asking to keep revenues up. The customer should be asked if they want damage protection so they can say YES or NO so there is no misunderstanding on this.

Poor service in aisle, checkout and loading.

I was trying to use a coupon mailer, but did not have my husband’s Home Depot card with me. Employee Mary went above and beyond in making sure I would. Receive the discount. She even walked me from the Pro check-out area to customer service and stayed until the sale was complete. Yessica at CS was helpful and patient, while supervisor Craig stepped in when needed. Everyone was very dedicated to making my shopping experience a positive one.

I was approached from a friendly young man, Calvin. Not only did he help me to the car and unload the rock for me, he engaged in friendly conversation and actually enjoyed his job. So refreshing to see younger employees with great work ethic. Great job Cal!

The employees are extremely helpful and courteous. I did have to find someone in the department I was looking in, but as soon as they were called, they appeared!

I had a disappointing visit with a location nearer to where I live on the previous day. Today my confidence in customer facing employees was restored because of the interaction I had today at the Metcalf store. Chris from Plumbing admitted he had no experience with the Cut to Fit Blinds. He called a couple of times to get customer assistance, when none arrived he READ the instructions and cut the blinds. I was thoroughly impressed with his taking the initiative to assist me or anyone else that came by. This may seem like a small thing but anyone familiar with retail or customer service knows those committed to customer service are few and far between. When it happens I would hope customers take the time to let them know. Thanks Chris from Plumbing!

This store is nice, clean. Very easy to get store associates and they are very friendly and helpful. The customer service is marvelous, makes us feel both the buying and returning and easy and stress free. I shall recommend this store.

Great store - prices are reasonable, employees often go out of their way to help, even sometimes taking me all the way to the exact location where I can find my items in a big store. Knowledgeable, helpful, professional, outstanding people nearly all the time. (Not quite always but the vast majority of the time)

Special recognition to Joe Roberts. Joe helped us find what we needed and then walked us to the checkout lane to ensure we were able to benefit from a special promotion / deal being provided by a manufacturer.

Karina was extremely helpful in my latest need. She was persistent in making phone calls to the manufacturer to retrieve warranty info and how to handle the transaction. All turned out well.

We love this store and are always able to find what we are looking for thanks to the helpfulness of the employees. We will definitely return as often as we need to!

Good stock, clean store, friendly staff - would definitely recommend this location!

Employees don’t seem to avoid eye contact and you can ask them questions. Daytime staffing seems good. Everyone was trying to be helpful and most were helpful. I was surprised on the number of people not wearing mask already. No one gave me a hard time about wearing a mask myself.

Associates at this store are always extremely helpful. They always make my dog feel welcome with a few treats also!
