Just purchased a refrigerator which should arrive in a little over a week. We've purchased most or all of our appliances at Home Depot and have NO complaints whatsoever about the store or employees.

Disrespectful bordering on abusive. These guys need better management. I know they are short handed but after an hour wait they were downright unpleasant.

The Newnan store is always clean, well stocked and friendly!

I started a big job and if it weren’t for Rodger I would have really messed up

We went to Home Depot to shop for window treatments that we haven’t bought for our house yet. My husband has a way of measuring things wrong but after speaking with a specialist in that department, they were able to assist us on which size blinds to buy to fit our needs. They were super nice and helpful!

I am very pleased with the friendly, helpful people at this store. They seem happy to be there and made me feel welcome - even with all my silly questions.

I REALLY ENJOYED THIS LOCATION, I HAVE BEEN TO MANY HOME DEPOTS. IM HAPPY THAT THIS ONE IS CLOSE TO HOME AND THAT EVERYONE THERE IS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I PARTICULARLY ENJOYED THAT WHEN I ASKED FOR HELP, THE EMPLOYEE HELPED ME TO THE LOCATION AND HELPED ME FIND THE TOOL I NEEDED SO THAT I COULD BE IN AND OUT EFFICIENTLY

THE HOME DEPOT STAFF IS A GREAT TEAM AND MAKES PURCHASES EFFORTLESS

No help and the store employees would rather you shop somewhere else than to bother them.

I had a great shopping experience at the Newnan Home Depot

Jessica M has been amazing and extremely helpful in helping us decide on flooring. She helped us from start to finish and was extremely nice.

I just bought the materials today.

The cashier name Ms. Janelle the cashier was horrible. She didn't ask if I needed help for check out while she stood at the front of her station area in the aisle doing nothing when I walked up with my items. I had to ask if her station was open then she didn't say yes or no she just turned around with her arms crossed to her computer. She scanned my items didn't say anything, still had not greeted me yet and moved with no conviction or urgency. Didn't ask if I needed a bag and frawned the whole time. Normally this Home Depot has good employees but this was the most disappointing experience I've had there since 2017.

Shop at the Newnan store if you're a Military Service Member and/or Veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces, they honor and recognize military with a 10% discount on products. In comparison, the Peachtree City store only offers a maximum of $50 discount - no matter if you're buying a new ceiling fan or $10,000 in home renovations - $50 max! Newnan is where I'll shop!

This Home Depot provided excellent personal service and assistance. Everyone made me feel special. Thank you for a terrific shopping experience!

Clara was the cashier at check out. She was very friendly, very professional, and went out of her way to help me. She made it a pleasure shopping there.

The city of "newnan" will obviously, forever be polluted with racially bigoted mindsets. My experience at this store was beyond disgusting and all further visits are disdained. A customer approaches me and the cashier using racial slurs, in an attempt to explain the future of the world, or whatever nonsense he was trying to get across. Directly or indirectly I would expect a company like Home Depot, which has been around long enough to see this entire country attempt to right it's wrongs and change in a light of progression towards racial equality, to exemplify this by instructing it's employees to immediately report and ask people like this to leave the premises. This would have been the only reasonable thing to do in this day and age. You believe a place where you spend your money at to be an advocate for you, not a "turn the blind eye" type of establishment. Last time in a Home Depot for me and everyone I have influence with.

Jennifer Eldred, a Flooring Specialist, exceeded my high expectations in helping me navigate the process of carpeting. (I'm also thinking of flooring the rest of the house.) She explained different types of carpeting and padding. We discussed the color selection and most of all when I was trying to find out when the carpet was arriving and would be delivered she took the time to find out that information. She didn't just "ring up a sale" she lived up to her title as a "Flooring Specialist". If your thinking of carpeting talk to Jennifer!

The Newnan home Depot customer service is hands down the best in the south. Help me find info where when product would be there. At 6 in morning most people are grumpy no everyone in store big smile and a good morning..Thanks Everyone

The store is kind of messy. There is a young female cashier with tattoos on her firearms who had absolutely NO personality or pleasantness about her. She seemed tired, tired of being at work, maybe even tired of people in general. However, Justin Crespo is a really great appliance specialist. Husband and I were impressed with his humble, pleasant demeanor. He really knows his stuff. He very patiently answered all of our questions and helped us feel comfortable about our $3,600 fridge purchase. The next time we need a major appliance (hopefully not anytime soon!) we’re going to look for Justin!

Wonderful place to shop. They really care about their customers.

I am usually pleased with this store until getting new carpet installed. The contractor is able to install the carpet but unable to install the door transition strips. Another crew is required for this thus adding hundreds of dollars to the price. I now have no confidence in the outside contractors they use and will not buy anything that I cannot install myself. Not to mention the long lead time on installation.
