I had an issue that should’ve been fixed when we had a granite counter and new sink installed. But Larry solved my issue and helped me fix it. It was nice to have that fantastic service. I also want to commend Ethan who was shadowing Larry. Ethan has a great style about himself and attitude. And I appreciate that he will be going to serve our country soon. Than you Ethan. Ethan was very attentive and eager to learn from Larry. And Larry was happy to help him learn.

They always have enough knowledgeable staff so that you can get in and out quickly. We always receive great customer service at Home Depot compared to other home improvement stores. Their inventory is always good and we end up getting what we need.

Larry the hardware specialist was outstanding

The fact that today is Easter Sunday and Home Depot was opened. My husband and I noticed our water heater had gone out at 5:19pm and we live far from the nearest Home depot. I called before driving to Home Depot and talked to Andrew who gave me all the information need and let me know they had what I was looking for in stock. We then drove to Home Depot on Ocotillo and Arizona and got there ten minutes before they closed. Due to the Coronavirus the store closes at 6pm. Ron and Connie were amazing and assisted us without any rush. Ron and Connie had an amazing attitude and provided with wonderful customer service. Thank you Ron and Connie. Chancey too who us out.

On my visit to the store yesterday, I was very fortunate to come across Larry in the hardware department. I had a challenge with one of my door locks, which I brought into the store. The challenge was that the key that fit all of the locks did not work in this one lock. Larry accessed a kit that he said he had not used in a long time, but was able to get the key and lock to work. Thanks to Larry for assisting me, and props to Home Depot for having Larry as part of their team!

I like having a HD close to home, I do most of the repairs and it saves travel time.

Ned, the cashier, at this store, was a freaking stand up guy. He, Ned, made me feel like a valued customer. His compliments and intrest in me, helped me relax from the daily strain of the hustle.

I cannot say enough positive things about the customer service I recently experienced while ordering bathroom cabinets from Home Depot. Levi went above and beyond to create a perfect design for my space, all while working hard to stay within my budget. During this project, I shopped other competitors for design, quality, and price, however was disappointed by the customer service in comparison to the individualized attention I received from Levi. Although I could have easily purchased cabinets elsewhere, the deciding factor came down to Levi’s attentiveness, his willingness to listen to the specifics of my design, and his extensive knowledge of cabinetry, which ultimately helped me make the final decisions for my project. His dedication to top-notch customer service is definitely something that should be commended.

They care about keeping their customers. Things do happen but what is most important is how they make every effort to resolve the problem.. Store Mgr is only phone call away..be calm they are human. Store is clean and knowledgeable staff This is my experience

Went into the store looking for lumber but when I asked the lumber Associates were standing around talking and did not want to help. They would rather talk amongst themselves.
