We have purchased laminate flooring for over half of our home, and are ready to complete the remained. We initially had a railing that needed to be worked aesthetically, as it is the first thing we see entering our home. After several attempts, we were able to get the flooring we wanted, done visually pleasing and in a one day time frame. We are completely satisfied with the customer service and skill of the installers.

Friendly and helpful

Every time I come into this location I am always greeted by friendly and helpful people who go above and beyond to help with everything from returns, to pick-ups, to finding things in-store. I highly recommend choosing this store when looking for options!

Just bought a freezer just what I was looking for.

Either my husband or I go to this Home Depot several times a month. The employees at this store are consitently helpful and knowledgeable.

I was asked at least 3 times if I need help finding anything, great customer service. Even got better when I needed help at register, Paula was very kind and help checking out and most importantly said “Thanks for shopping at Home Depot”

The manager Bruce was very kind. Tatiana and the other employees who assisted us were very helpful and nice.

I have been to this store several times and the employees are very friendly and helpful snd so far I have always found exactly what I needed.

My daughter and I were greeted upon entering the store. An employee helped us get our leaf blower off a high shelf. Another directed us to the $3 poinsettias. And the self-check rep went above and beyond in making checkout easy. The store was clean. We found everything we needed. Will definitely be back.

1st Ryobi WetVac suddenly failed after 8 months. Works well otherwise. Still under 3 year warranty. Bought another while on sale.

Always have what I'm looking for whether it's is a part or the whole product. This time a thermostat for wall heater, Last time a waterheater and installation/replacement parts.

Went to buy a simple furnace filter, customer service said there should be 174 on the shelf directed us to the aisle and said someone would meet us there. NO one showed up. Went back to customer service, sent a young man to help us, he was NO help, we left. Went to south Home Depot location. Same type of scenario, Plenty of employees just no one willing to help. no cashiers, just automated machines.

The staff in there are always helpful, and don't make you feel stupid when you ask a question

If you're doing an electrical job and have a question, go ask Jim at the Merriam, KS store. Bravo Jim: you were friendly, knowledgeable, and most important PATIENT with me an 'older' person.

Bar far the nicest staff in the area! Always willing to help and go above and beyond in their service. Not to mention they always have what we need and the store is very nice too.

My husband asked me to pick up a replacement for a broken tool. The problem was I had absolutely no idea what the tool's purpose was nor where to find it in the store. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for making my errand quick and easy!

The Store is ok. I want to write about an specif employee. Her name is Rebecca. I was so frustrated because it was the 5th home depot store I visited today and couldn't find what I need it, all stores were out stock. So I just got few other items I went to check out and this lady (Rebecca) was so helpful and professional because i was having issues in the self checkout. Believe it or not, that made my day much better.
