Went in searching for Food Grade Buckets. Bryan and Debbie pointed me in the right direction after a little miscommunication with a different employee (in training). They saved the day and I left feeling confident in the human race once again. Sort of felt like I went back in time to the 1980's when Customer Service was still a thing. Great experience. Hope to see them again next time I shop there.

This is my favorite Home Depot location near me. All the employees at this location are extra helpful and friendly! LOVE their customer service department!

Customer service is everything to me. Right when we walked in the door Debbie was there to greet my friend and I. She helped us with what we came in for. Super helpful! Service with a smile.

The store associates care and really strive to help you. I was helped by Stephanie in the paint dept and she provided excellent service because she not only was professional, knowledgeable but friendly as well! I would go there again even though I live in Lewisville, TX.

Ryan went above and beyond providing me customer service that should have been naturally provided by others that passed me on down the line! He was smiling and cheerful and seemed happy to have a job with Home Depot.

I returned a wall panel because it didn't match the existing panel but none the less the customer service was great. same as when I bought it

I purchased solar spot lights and Tom, the salesperson even gave instructions on how to fully charge the lights before use.

Great Service by all employees, store well organized and clean.

Emanuel was very helpful and provided a gift card to use towards a nonprofit purchase for a fundraiser we are having.

Went to Home Depot to buy paint for the fence, something I know practically nothing about. Had a very positive experience finding and buying the paint. Had a lot of patient help in making the selection and purchase.

Love the Depot and order pickup was great

This store seems to have better inventory than some other HD stores. It is not the fanciest or cleanest HD, but it is more likely to have what I need. The last item I bought which was a big one, they had 3 in stock here, and nearby stores (HD and competitors) had none like it. Help was really good, even for a busy Sunday afternoon. They had to fetch my item from high up, and staff was happy to do it. One staff person found a cart for me while the other fetched my item. Other people in the aisle also had 2 staff members helping them at once. They seemed to understand I needed to get in, get my items, and get out quickly. The manager here is doing a lot of things "right". BTW - I am one of these old folks who likes to see it, buy it, and take it home. Far better for me than ordering something and having it arrive days later, damaged, obviously returned, or not as pictured.

Employees are not helpful at all

Had been going to this store for over 30 years,very bad experience,Jose refused to help load heavy fertilizer bags and when I insisted either help or refund Jose threatened to call the POLICE (very much unheard store threatening to call POLICE on peaceful customer) There was however a very nice lady at the service desk who heard me complaining and came forward to help load the bags

It's a neat store but it's all about the service that wants to make you come back.

Avoid this store!! Employees are not helpful at all. I asked for help finding a plumbing part and I was told to "Go hire a plumber." I originally drove to this store, which is not close to me, to get a particular fire pit that they supposedly had in stock. After an employee showed me where the item should have been (the shelf was empty) he asked me to wait for a garden employee. I waited a good 10 minutes, and came back up front. I even offered to buy the one on the display. They told me they weren't allowed to sell it as they still had more in stock. I waited as they paged for an employee over and over again. After another 30 minutes of waiting and pretty much being ignored by the staff at customer service, I left my cart full of items and walked out. It was a 60 minute drive for nothing. Drive anywhere you have to to avoid this location.

This store is very comfortable for shopping because they have the best employees to assist you for all your needs.

As always this store has gone out of there way to assist me in finding product and everyone always has a friendly smile. It is a pleasure shopping this store. Good hardworking staff.

The sales reps were incompetent to say the least, provided conflicting statements about an item's availability, very poor customer service. Website stated 3 items in stock, I drove there to purchase the item. Sales rep said item was sold out a few minutes ago. He said to check another location, or, to buy a similar item that he recommended which was in stock w/ more features at a slightly higher price. I said fine, website said 8 in stock. When we got to the aisle, that item was not on the shelves, rep said maybe the website is wrong, I asked him to check the inventory on his system, he later confirmed the item was in stock, but no one bothered to restock it on the shelf. The whole thing took over 45 minutes. When I went to checkout, a rep named Erick asked if I found everything ok, I explained as described above. Erick said there is no way the website has inaccurate information, and the item I was looking for is sold online only, was never sold at any store. He was very rude, and disrespectful, kept arguing with me over and over saying, "It's impossible for the website to show the item is in stock anywhere, because it's an online only item, no store carries it." He said the rep that told me the item sold-out a few minutes ago was confused. I pulled the website on my phone, showed him the item in stock at other locations about 24 miles away. That's when he said that the website is wrong, and this item is not sold at stores. Yes, he did say that over and over. In fact, he was so focused on arguing with me that he failed to add the extended warranty which I specifically asked for and he said it will cost about $20 extra which I agreed to pay. How he "forgot" to add it is unknown. Now I have to go back to add the warranty. Terrible experience, never had any similar or bad experience at any other location, always been great. Stay away from this location
