My husband and I are putting up wire shelving in a closet to convert it to a pantry. We are NOT DIY people but dove into this project blindly, lol. Ray the Home Depot associate, took his time with us. He patiently explained what we needed and cut the shelving and showed us how to mount it. He was so helpful and very friendly. We walked away feeling confident. Wish us luck!

Lawn and garden area is a joke. I seemed to be a burden on the employees there.

I bought a Melnor thumb control nozzle for water hose and it is perfect for my needs.

I purchased some water base sealant for a project at the church. Employees were very helpful and attentative to all my questions and concerns.

Very pleased with the customer service at the Home Depot Sherman location. Max is a wonderful associate who went above his job requirements to assist my husband and I.

busy Monday morning, lots of contractors, but staff still friendly and assisted us (2 senior citizens) with finding the materials we wanted to complete our small deck project

I bought several items on-line and asked to pick it up curbside. They brought it out quickly and handled the merchandise carefully. I ended up having to return much of the purchase because I had bought the wrong size needed. Again, they were very friendly and efficient in taking care of my needs.

5/14/22, Mark in plumbing was the best help I’ve ever had here, by far. Knowledgeable, well informed, and wanting to help me! The lady at checkout was really nice, also.

I have purchase several things in the past but today I got some 5mm plywood for my laser cutter.

There are usually enough employees walking around and seem friendly enough I am able to ask questions without feeling like I'm bothering them. They are helpful and that is the main reason I continue going to Home Depot.

I quit shopping this store a couple of years ago due to lack of associates in the store. I could never find anyone to help me locate the product I was searching for. On this trip, we were greeted within three or four minutes of being in the store and asked if we needed assistance, which we did. An associate was extremely helpful, and after that, we had two more associates on two different occasions asking if we needed assistance!

Need more employees like Christie in Customer Service

We have shopped at Lowe’s and Home Depot for our work and home forever. Home Depot has always had employees that will stop and help us. You can find anyone in Lowe’s. I have many a time had a cart full of items and walked out of Lowe’s because no one would help. I am a big gardener and feel Lowe’s has better flowers etc. than Home Depot.

Needed an order corrected. Called their customer service department and they handled everything perfectly.

It's a Home Depot so selection and pricing is generally good. It's 50/50 whether you'll get someone who gives a #### about helping you.

She is the best employee I have ever have at a Home Depot, I never had anyone put a smile on my face. Connie is the best EMPLOYEE!!!!!!

I am handicapped and used electric cart. At least 4 HD employees stopped to ask me if I needed help.

Problems do occur and how we deal with the problem is the measure of a person. The manager, Megan, made sure that we had our delivery after things turned upside down.

Every time we go in there we are greeted and ask if our day is going well and if we need help finding something

Home Depot had the heavy duty, long snake, to clean out the city sewer, which even the city does not have. The sewage smell has been overwhelming for years, but this cleared it up in less than 5 minutes. Home Depot also thru in heavy leather gloves at no charge, which I only had an used because of them, and my pinkie finger got caught in the extremely strong spring steel, so it was a little sore and numb for a short time, but no other damage! The advice was also spot on! I also left a review on yelp.

I have patronized this store for over a year, since I moved from Alabama to Texas. Like all Home Depot stores, the Sherman, TX store is well run and very well staffed. The staff are largely very friendly and always helpful. The store is clean and well lighted. The nursery section is very well maintained and well-stocked.

Only one person was on checkout and the line was very long. Need people to open up another register.

Home Depot was the only home improvement store that had the freezer I needed in stock! The service was very good.

suggest you add to your first page the subject : Home Owner DIYer.. Would also give credit to an outstanding employee: Victoria. After hailing her on her way to lunch she was happy to grab a ladder and fetch the item i needed which was in your upstock and not on the rack. I thanked her and she said have a wonderfull day : earnestly..

Employees are very rude, they will ignore or roll your eyes at you if you need help, store was very messy and employees hanging out together laughing instead of working

I visited the Sherman Home Depot Store today, drove over 70 miles for a specific large item. Was very excited to see the item was in stock! Then, Sammy and Kathryn did an outstanding job of providing superior customer service to me. Home Depot should be very proud of these two employees.

David the Appliance Specialist was awesome in his customer service and just a wonderful human being overall and and we feel blessed that we got to meet him and spend time with him! God knew that he was the perfect person for us to interact with and we would love to have him help us again in the future!

David and Marcus in appliances are so kind and helpful. I would recommend either to help decide on an appliance. They were honest with me and helped me make the best choice for what I was looking for. Highly recommend!
