I'm building a home so there is not many choices in the community to buy building supplies. This latest visit was by far the worst bullying yet. I was 1/2 half way through placing an order for drywall and insulation when I was told to wait while she spent the next 45 minutes waiting on (3) three gentleman who just wanted to know the prices of different items. I had driven to the Snohomish HOME DEPOT so as to match tile to a specific die lot. The crew pulled down the two pallets, it matched and I purchased. Then the girl at the Pro Desk rescheduled the delivery out of another store and told me to be happy with what I get. Then she proceeded to tell me about an order for some decking material that she able to delay 45 days. She said my order would be delivered my numerous trucks too. She made me walk from the Service desk to the PRO desk back to the Service desk...redoing the order each time and said people needed to learn to not send people to the PRO desk. All in all... I'm gutted to the core.

Helper not helpful getting what I wanted. I asked for a specific size furnace filter 14X25X1. Helper doubted my information and brought me a 14X24X1 filter instead. Then pushed me for furnace maintenance service, which I declined. Center of aisles have too much merchandise making it difficult to get around with a shopping cart. Shop at Everett or Lynnwood Home Depot instead.

Sale signs hung over wrong product. Lying to customers about refunds; if you get a store credit instead of cash or refund back to card, you will not be able to use that store credit online for purchases. Just an overall feel that the staff here are dishonest.

I can't thank your employees enough for servicing us customers in a timely manner, friendly and providing their knowledge of the products your store provides.

I recently rented a 6 inch wood chipper from the Home Depot, after a bad experience from a Tool Renal competitor (Sunbelt Rentals). Sparing boring details, Home Depot came through and made it a very positive experience. H/D employee Jose, was awesome! He was courteous, helpful and professional. The Home Depot is somewhat out in the country away from busy citie, so it's really easy to get to.

We purchased a new front door and had so many to choose from. We received excellent service from both Rick and Oscar in the doors/windows department. Super friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend the Snohomish Home Depot as we have been customers since they opened and always receive great customer service.

Cashier Loretta is a saint super nice and sweet person too deal with.

I purchased 3 boxes of tile to redo my fireplace, and I was so excited to finally get them. The tiles were shipped to Home Depot from the vendor, and unfortunately, 2 of the 3 boxes had damaged tiles (cracked). I contacted the store and explained what happened, and my experience with the customer service rep (Kat) was absolutely awesome! She quickly took care of everything, reordered the product, and was very kind, funny and just an excellent employee!

I went into Home Depot searching for materials to create an insulated outdoor cat shelter and was looking for styrofoam to insulate my bins. Sean from Specialty Services knew exactly what I needed, walked me directly to it and because of his own work experiences in another career, was ably to direct me to a product with superior insulating properties. He cut the board for me so it would fit in my car and assisted me to checkout and to my car where he loaded the product for me. Exceptional customer service!!! Thank you Sean!!!

Even though it might take a bit to track down help, they hire people who know what they are talking about and have connected me to the item my husband sent me for!

Best Home Depot I that I’ve ever shopped at.

The push to put more and more displays (largely of junk no one actually wants) has gone too far. Aisles are for walking - you can't do that if there is literally one other person with a cart trying to navigate the junk (sorry - "promoted products"). Total management failure.

I was looking for items in the store and Rob help me with finding and locating items and information on the quality of the items.

Our experience with Sam in the Kitchen Design was fantastic! She made the whole process that we were dreading enjoyable and efficient. Wished we had met with her sooner!

We always enjoy going to this store. A side benefit, when I am at this store, I occasionally see my son shopping here as well.

Today’s customer experience was great thanks to Allison at the lumber department. I needed help with measuring and cutting some slats and she helped me with everything. She even offered to take my cart with full of stuff to the checkout while I run back for some paint. Thank you so much for your patience and help, Allison. That’s 5 stars from me.

We have been spending a lot of time in home depot for our remodel. We are having carpet installed in September and I had a lot of questions and Marty always answered them and got back to me so fast. I had two young kids with me and while we were waiting for a call back he had me go up to the front of the store and grab the kids suckers, which he paid for. He really went above and beyond.

They had everything I needed unlike other places that shall not be mentioned.. And Racquel at the help desk was particularly kind helping me two days in a row with a mistake I made! Thanks Racquel! Also thanks to Gent for being so helpful! And Thank you to all the kind employees who helped me out!

My experience has always been nice at this store. I can go around and tinker about my projects and quickly find some friendly staff for answering questions.

I bought the materials to build a spring compressor because I am rebuilding my 4R70W Ford Transmission, which was in 1000 little tiny and big pieces.

I was visiting family and needed to make a Home Depot run for a Ryobi inflator and Husky 3/8" ratchet to assist with assembling a couple of kid's bikes for our grandchildren's birthday. An in law insisted on visiting the Snohomish Home Depot instead of the equidistant Quilceda location because it is cleaner with a bit better layout. He also commented on how the Customer Service registers are up front as you walk in. I favor Home Depot over the competition because they have exactly what I want at a competitive price.

Came in yesterday to get different kinds of dirt and other products for gardening. It's always a positive shopping experience at this Home Depot no matter what my current need may be. .

We ordered 4 interior hollow doors and the young man knew everything about them, even how to trim in stock doors to fit.

I always enjoy shopping at the Home Depot. They have a GREAT selection and the employees are always happy to help. On my last visit, a young man named Shawn really went the extra mile to help me get the correct window shade. He was very patient and knowledgeable.

Again, everyone I met greeted me with a smile and helped.
