The store is always clean and everyone is very helpful.

Store is always clean and organized. Staff knowledgeable and friendly, willing to take the time to help you make decision on various projects. They guide you to supplies and tools needed to complete your DIY projects. I use many locations of Home Depot but this Southington location has always been extremely helpful and (unfortunately also has me spending money I didn’t plan on but getting items I need and at a good price - they do price match!).

The store has personnel that are always eager and willing to help you. It is always neat and orderly and almost always has what you are looking for. I actually drive out of my way to visit this particular store for all the reasons I just wrote about.

Have been shopping here for 20 years, always clean , personal always helpful and friendly, all departments and also at checkout.

The staff at this store are consistently helpful and pleasant. They never fail to greet you and ask if you need help. It is well stocked and I’m generally able to purchase the products I’m looking for.

Probably one of the better stores when it comes to helpful employees but you can tell they are dealing with upper management that does not have a clue. Quality control should not be the customers or the store employees responsibility. Why should I have to go there and sort threw a pile of lumber to find a few pc's that are usable??? When i need quality lumber quickly I did not go to curtain home Depots but now they are all the same. Its just harder to get quality at any of the stores.

the South Southington store is just fine.... the problem is incompetence in finding correct products after 3 hours of waiting in the Queen st Southington store

Knowledgeable help and friendly clean store , easy to find the items I look for

i have been here on 3 different occasions after i looked online to see if what ii wanted was available and in stock before i drove all the way down to the store well turns out no it was not and i wasted my gas on 3 separate times to find out it was just a waste of my time and gas

The store was clean, orderly, well stocked and products were outlined and easy to access. Most importantly: is the friendly customer service and associate attention given. One reason I much prefer NOT to use self-checkout. They help promote the store and serve as the backbone of the company. Please, provide more personnel for checkouts. Yes, it is more expensive but the customer interaction can make the difference of where to purchase.

Went in on Wednesday evening to place an order for a remodel project. KJ and Laurie were friendly and professional during the entire process. This included items that I was carrying out, items on my list to be delivered, which included items that were at this store, but some at other stores. The order was placed seamlessly and without any hesitation. These two ladies, in my opinion, embody what all staff should strive to be when dealing with customers! I will say that I have had nothing but positive experiences at this store over the years and most of the employees I have interacted with have been friendly, courteous and helpful. Laurie and KJ just went above my normal expectations!

FRIENDLY, CLEAN GREAT ASSISTANCE

One of the few Home depots that have live people or person waiting to complete your purchase at the register and get you assistance if needed for loading. Not a fan of one cashier and self check outs since the self check outs at this store are not always accepting all forms of payment

I had 800 lbs of garden lime and top soil to load on my cart and into my car. Two employees who were not even assigned to the Garden Center came to help me! Thanks, Mike and Ryan!

The Home Depot store on RT 322 is the cleanest well organized and stocked store I have been in. The staff are very helpful and get help to answer your questions if they do not know the answer. Very enjoyable to shop there.

The staff on duty are knowledgeable but hard to find to get help in the aisle and there was only one register open even for contractors
