Randy at pro. Best customer service in the valley. Professional, courteous, gets my crew in and out. He’s the guy to see at this store.

I come from a retail background. I have worked various roles from associate to assistant management. Throughout my career, I have never walked into a Home Depot as unwelcoming as this store. Multiple different associates literally followed me throughout my entire visit. I bought some paint supplies to redo a mirror and a pot for my plant, what could I possibly be stealing? By the time I made it to the check stand there was security behind me, watching me checkout. Crazy...don't go here. You will leave feeling uncomfortable.

I like buying some stuffs for my home & cars in this store because they almost have the stuffs that I needed for my projects & repairs.

These folks rock it. Above and beyond. Cassidy, Jaime, Mark. They make it happen... even the crazy difficult orders. Spotless store, fast service, customer service counter that left even grumpy folks Satisfied and Smiling. Help loading my truck (and others I saw) had a dedicated crew and was nearly immediate. Safe and convenient for Pros and homeowners alike.

Randy at the Pro desk should be the bar set for all Home Depot’s! His professionalism, and down to earth attitude is what keeps my business going and my guys back to work quickly. I normally don’t do surveys but Randy in pro is the man to see! Thank you Randy!

Excellent and helpful staff!

ART helped me out again today. I needed some non stock Fire rated garage doors and he was able to get me pricing and order them same day and at a reasonable price. I will continue to give this store my business with service like this

Randy at the Pro service has gone above and beyond to always help me with my remodel project. He is so professional, and helpful he is the only reason I shop this store. Hire more employees like him!

Art is my GO TO guy in Arizona. He is always available no matter what time of day and even on Vacations. He finds me what I need and gets it delivered to my Job sites. I will continue to shop with ART on all my large purchases and with this Store. Thanks HD

The design team is horrible. Short staffed and no sense of customer service. I would add, highly incompetent as well.

I had the most pleasant experience with this Home Depot Tempe Store. The young gentleman Travis was so very helpful and pleasant. Proceeded quickly to the very product I was looking for, it was heavy and lifted it onto the cart for me all the while talking and making me feel so special; assisted me all to way to the cashier Jeanette who too was so sweet and nice. Travis assisted me and my product all the way to my vehicle. He has the nicest smile and vibrant personality. This particular store was very neat and clean and well stocked. Thank you Travis, Jeanette and Home Depot for making my experience at your store the best one ever!

Great customer support and great prices and inventory on products. Please let customer know that it a scientific fact that mask do protect us all. The last 2 times at the store , some customers are practicing intelligent safety measure by been allowed to shop at your Home depot.

This location is ran as one of the best in the valley... and I visit them all and shop at them all over the valley. Top 5 for sure!

The store is not the best. Many times the employees are just standing around doing nothing. The cashiers are a joke. They just stand there and tell you which self-check out to go to. This should not be someone's job.Do yourself a favor and go the extra distance to the one in Ahwatukee.

Everyone is friendly and helpful but one person that stood out was Mario at customer service he was very friend and helpful making sure we got everything we needed.

Lucky in the tiles department is anything but drab!! He was knowledgeable, honest, attentive, kind, informative and patient. Way to go sir!

Staff here are very very very unhelpful and I felt I was being pushed from one staff member to another and still not getting needed assistance.

Store was clean, items we needed were in stock and on shelves. Employees were nice, greeted us when we entered and throughout the store. When we asked for help when finding items employees knew where they were and we were able to get in and out. They helped us find the best deals and best prices. Cashier Ryan helped us and was extremely nice and seems very motivated in his job.
