I went to Home Depot to order flooring and had to wait for over an hour to get the flooring I wanted ordered because there were only two people in the department and they allowed other people to distract them from the job they were doing. I was told some of my order would be in the next day, it wasn’t. A week later it still wasn’t there so they found another store with it and scheduled a delivery to my house for a few days later. The flooring was delivered and was 5 cases short. I called to report the error and was told they would look into and someone would call me back, no one called back. I called back the next day to follow up and I was told they were going to refund me the 5 cases and the reorder them, someone would call me back because it was going to take a while and they didn’t want me to have to wait on the phone that long. I see the updated/reprinted customer agreement saying the missing cases were going to be delivered on 4/1/21. I never received a call back and the cases still haven’t been delivered. This store clearly lacks the follow through on calling people back to resolve order issues. I’m still short cases and can’t finish the job I was planning on doing since I don’t have all the materials and never seem to get an answer or a resolution to the problem.

The employee Flo Lynn is very friendly and helpful in buying a lawn tractor.

The staff were very unprofessional. They used profane language and carried on personal conversations in front of us. We were put on hold and redirected for 45 minutes before coming to the store. We were not greeted and the first employee was no friendly and had an unprofessional attitude. This entire experience was very unsettling and I would rather make a longer trip to go to a different store than to return to that store.

I wouldn’t recommend coming to this store unless you know for sure that they have the items in stock, your not going to get the help you need.

Consistently out of stock shelves that are a mess. Rude (some - not all) and sarcastic employees. I much prefer the Matamoras, PA (even with the extra travel time) store which is a 180 degree difference to the Monticello experience.

This store is a great asset to the community, in terms of providing supplies and jobs, etc.

Absolutely, Julissa the service desk cashier was great and massively helpful and deserves a raise in her work and she has great customer service skills and because of her my shopping experience was an A+ we need more people like her

At this particular Home Depot there is a customer service representative named Tyrae. She is the best I’ve ever encountered.

My customer service rep, Bridjadia, was exceptional. She went above and beyond the call of her job description and helped me out so much . I cannot express the thanks to her and her manager for helping solve my minor crisis. Thank you! Please give her a raise!

THE SALE CASHIER WENDY AT GARDEN WAS VERY HELPFULL

Great store loaded with all kinds of building supplies close to my home which makes it convenient to shop there. Good prices and great Staff.

I needed help and I quickly saw there were store employees around (usually in these types of stores I find it very hard to find anyone who can help). They are easy to recognize because they wear red vests. Though the employee worked in a different department, she pulled out a communication device and called someone to come help me. I was so amazed. The person came quite promptly and quickly got a ladder to retreive the item I needed that was no longer on the shelf but had to be replenshed from supplies on top. The whole process was quick and efficient. Very different from previous experiences I have had in these types of stores where it is usually very difficult and time consuming to get help when you need it.

For Sullivan County Home Depot is a big plus. Great employees and large selection of materials.

Went for a curbside pickup. Employee, Brijadia, was very helpful with getting our order together and also I believe the employees name was Kevin that helped us load everything into our truck. Both employees were very helpful.

Very rude employee at the paint counter. Wouldn’t recommend anyone there if they have to get any customized paint that is not on the shelves.

I go here frequently and am very satisfied with the service that is given whenever I go there. I also use Home Depot . com because the local Home Depot is 22 miles away from my home and would like to see my Military Discount applied to Home Depot . com orders as well.

Linda in the counter top/kitchen area is just the best. This store is lucky to have her as an employee.

Very nice store.

I came in to rent a floor sander. I was met with the help that I needed. Unfortunately when I got home, the sander did not work properly. The vacuum did work at all, leading all dust to be thrown throughout the room and house. The bag did not inflate at all. All the staff did at the store is plug in the machine, showing me that indeed, the power turned on. I called the rental center to tell them of my issue. The employee told me that he would ask the manager if he could stop the time on the rental. The only solution they could offer was to bring the machine back for another one. I told them that I was 30 miles away and that would not be an option. I wrapped up the cord, cleaned the machine and will be returning it before the 1 day rental is expired. I am hoping to receive another machine to use an additional day free of charge.

Outstanding customer service! I think his name was Justin, he was very professional, clean cut, courteous! What a great guy you have here! The store is always clean and well stocked and most of the time service is good. This store gets very busy and I understand when the store is full!
