These lawn and leaf bags are incredible, makes cleaning up my yard so much easier!!

I went to Home Depot with my mom and dad. My mom needed a spray bottle for cleaning oops off of the floor. (Don’t ask where the ‘oops’ come from) A really nice lady helped her find it. Then we went and bought a toilet. Cause they don’t have to go outside when they potty! That snow is cold on the tush so they are luuucky!! But back to the nice people at the store… They shopped for a few other things and I spent my time in the cart learning to behave when being greeted by strangers. I REALLY like getting to go inside with them. I saw this round thing on a desk and thought it looked like fun. My mom asked if it was for sale cause she said I had been so good I could have a treat. The people behind the desk said it was the last one and that I could have it. BEST DAY EVER!! My mom says it is polite to always say thank you so this is me, Oakley, saying “Thank you Home Depot”. P.S. If you get an indoor doggy toilet, let them know cause ya’ know snow on the tushy isn’t fun…

Went in to get a good mower, and got the one I needed quickly and easily !!! Excellent service! I got a discount and timely delivery scheduled.

Every employee was cheerful and happy to be there. They were knowledgeable and pleased to help me. It made having to buy a new appliance unexpectedly more pleasant and less stressful. Makes me want to go back!

Just returned home and Batman at the Topeka Home Depot gets a huge star. Appreciate his customer service. Credit the Topeka store for having a great employee like Batman. I will return to the Topeka store because of superior service. Thank you.

Every time I go into this store the staff are knowledgable. They care about providing suggestions for your project. If you do not understand how something works, they will help you.

I’ve never had a bad service encounter at this store. Some better than others but never one that raises to a complaint from me.

Customer service has gone by the wayside in a lot of stores, however we have found the associates at the Topeka Home Depot are friendly and willing to help.

Store is great. Manager there is great. But picking up online orders or returning items can be difficult at times and customer service acts like you are putting them out when you need to make a return. There is a general lack of courtesy in the customer service area. I can't tell you the number of times that I have been turned away and unable to pick up an online purchase because my common name does not match exactly my legal name. It should not matter. Just give me a pickup code and anyone with the code can have the item. Then you don't have to worry about what my drivers license says versus what the name on credit card is. It's really pretty ridiculous. This process works great at Target. You should try it.

This is the third time with Home Depot that I’ve purchased carpet and had it installed. Each time has been great. Excellent customer service. Graham went above and beyond to assure my satisfaction.

We entered the tool department to find the item we were looking for as a Christmas gift. The employee there said the item was not in his department, but he would show us where it was. He took us straight to the item we wanted. He was knowledgable about the features of the item. This was the best shopping experience I have had this December! We didn't have to try to follow directions to find the correct area and didn't spend a frustrating time searching the large store for what we wanted!

Wondered in, not really looking for anything. Saw discounted Christmas decor but was going to pass on the purchase u til Mary approached us. She was kind, helpful, and we enjoyed our experience.

70yr old mother bought truck load of lumber. they wouldn't pull her order or help her load it. she had to call me at home to drive across town to handle this for her then we were stopped like shop lifters because your store didn't care to assist her and even after taking her money still thought we were stealing everything. Worst Experience ever with any store.

Carbon monoxide detectors-not in stock and employees/mgr went above and beyond to price match a comparable product that was higher price so that I could get the 4 I wanted to purchase!

Earlier this year I bought all new appliances and I was so pleased with those that delivered that appliances and the appliances are just lovely I went last week to buy a freezer for our church in Emporia.... best service ever and smooth transaction it was flawless.
