After Waiting 45 minutes for them to load a pallet of wall block I purchased am employee decided to insult and curse at me in front of my 13 year old son because she couldn’t do her job properly

Solicitors inside and out. Inside the store you are stopped and solicited while shopping about various things such as people asking you about your air conditioner or your electric bill. Is it anyone's business what my electric bill is? Is it your business how I like my air conditioner? You go outside and see vagrants and dayworkers BEGGING and waving at you and yelling things you can't make out, just while trying to park in the parking lot. There is also a make-shift fruit stand out of someone's pick up bed, and people selling tamales out of their trunk. You have no idea what is in them or if they are even safe to eat. In between all the BS, there is one good employee in the lumber dept, and one good employee in the paint dept. Good luck.

As a stay at home mom I know nothing about ordering doors or installation. I was helped with professionalism and honest opinions from Mark in the Millwork department. He was very attentive. Other employees I dealt with were friendly as well.

Came for electrical wire and some other odds and ends for a particular job as my husband was installing a new outlet for someone's home for their car. Anyway, the wire wasn't ringing up so my cashier had to go to another computer to assist me and while I knew I was being helped, I was standing with my 8 year old son waiting to have the situation sorted and had multiple employees check to see if I was ok or needed any help/assistance. I had to wait maybe 5 minutes, which wasn't a problem but I felt terrible holding up a line. Not only did one manager ask if I needed help as he was getting a drink before his break, but the end of my transaction, the manager by the name of Augie went above any expectations I had and truly made my families day, especially in such hard times. The customer service was amazing!! Thank you Augie and all other at that store. They truly do good at their jobs!!

I bought granite polish and granite stone cleaner. I use these regularly for my kitchen and also for cemetery marker cleaner. They are excellent product to have handy.

I been going to my local home depot for many years and in all the years I have been there one of my favorite employees is Sabeth because she is a very hard-working girl she is very sweet and she is very helpful every time I shop at home depot.
