A bright spot in our day and a happy ending to our freezer going out. Gary, Marji, and Anthony made good out of a bad situation when our freezer blitzed. They went above and beyond in making sure that we had the freezer that we needed and that we could pick it up the same day. Truly a team that enjoys their job of working with the public.

Was extremely pleased with the Halloween items I purchased. Great selection and prices were better than other stores. Cashiers Holly and Sydni were very helpful and friendly helping make my shopping more enjoyable. Thank you ladies!

We had excellent help selecting our lumber which was a large load on a Sunday. Then when it came time to load the trailer several other employees helped.

Were able to get the products we went there for and get out in record time.

Home Depot is my exclusive store. Customer Service is tops! HD is the most reliable of all the Big Box stores. I do mostly siding, exterior painting and wood fences (and other remodel projects) and HD has what I need for my job so I don't waste time with exchanges and returns. Thumbs Up!

Bought Washer and dryer set and bases. Home depot had supply on different models and makes. Home depot always has products.

Current Process for Registering Veterans to Receive Veteran Discount Does NOT Work ! Ugly Process. Read the comments I placed inside your "survey". The current process for Registering Veterans to receive their discount sucks. It does not work. Go back to asking for I.D. or Driver's License at the point-of-sale in order to claim the Veteran discount. Then you will have happy Veteran shoppers. Right now, all you are doing is making us angry. Your customer service is your product. Wake up.

Recently the store began requiring that you download their app to get the military discount but the internet connection in the store isn't good enough to open the required app. The cashier also told us she was instructed NOT to assist. That tells me Home Depot doesn't want my business.

Sometimes you may see a vendor rep in store. They are very helpful.

They do not verify if you are a Veteran and now will not give you a military discount unless you have the app. I am going to make flyers with my account name and password and pass them out to everyone to show how stupid Home Depot is.

Cashier really, really was professional and kind to us. We were dressed in our work clothes covered in grass stains, sweaty. She was still nice to us!

Had a cashier THROW AWAY a gift card with 12 Dollar balance. Of course I yelled, LOWDLY, she said there was nothing on it. Really? Then she was like, oh SORRY

Mary helped me find just what I needed in a speedy fashion and was very kind and helpful.

We have been looking for a new bathroom vanity, have looked at the other two, but we found the color and quality we we were looking for at the best price! We will be coming back to purchase it when we get ready to move our old one out.We always seem to find what we need here at the best price.

I own a large general contracting business in town and Home Depot used to be our go-to. We are now actively searching for a new go to as once management changed recently they don't give any priority or care towards contractors. So we will take the hint and shop elsewhere.

I like trading at Home Depot because of the Veteran discount and the fact that the staff always thanks me for my service. Store is usually well stocked, even with the current supply chain break down.

I purchased a hot water tank and after three visits to the store and a huge hassle (they lost my original order- it wasn’t in the computer) they finally told me the installation was going to be free, and yet when the plumber installed it the next day, I did have to pay for the installation. I have never had such a horrible and frustrating time buying anything.

Picked up a cordless Ryobi chainsaw for a great price and 3 year warranty (with product). Crystle was my cashier and was incredibly nice.

Bought a tree last spring and it died in a few months. No fault of Home Depot but they returned my money no problem.

With the new Home Depot Military Discount rules it no longer applies to certain items including wood. You might want to ask if an item is covered before check out. The final cost was more than any of the other lumber yards without the discount.

Gary was so kind, super friendly, amazingly helpful in finding the right cabinets for our kitchen. If anyone needs help in cabinets or appliances, go see Gary. You will not regret it!!

We just went in to look at a microwave and because of the people had a great experience.

Picked up a bunch of warm white LED Christmas lights.

I've found the associates in this Home Depot to be generally friendly and helpful. It's sometimes hard to find an associate, but once you do they stick with you until your questions are answered.

They charged me for the wrong supplies and then ordered too many for my flooring project (they measured and recommended) and then it was a hassle to return it. I'm still currently waiting on a refund for one of their accidental charges. All other experiences have been positive.

Anytime I am looking for electrical products, I go to this Home Depot (#2205) because they have a great selection.
