I purchased a generator from a store in Houston to bring down to south tx and it didn't work .The manager in Harlingen said that he wouldn't take it back because I put gas in it. He also said it was store policy. I could take it to the Weslaco store mabe they can repair the brand new generator for me . So I went to the Weslaco store and the Manager Sixto Gomez was absolutely fantastic .He exchanged the generator for a bigger one. I gladly paid the difference for the upgrade Sixto Gomez was sunshine on a very bad rainy day. When my mother and father-in - law hadn't had power for 5 days because of hurricane Hannah. I would like to personally thank Sixto Gomez the store manager in Weslaco Tx.

Awesome clean store and very stocked on the items I was looking for. What I love the most is that there was actually enough staff for me to ask questions and have them answered.

great store great friendly employees my personal reccomendation dont force employees to wear masks i dont like masks on people i am trying to ask a question plus masks DO NOT KEEP YOU SAFE.

This store is consistently clean and organized. Staff is friendly, visible and always available to assist. Definitely one of the top Home Depot stores in the valley.

I frequently visit and shop at this store and have never had a problem with customer service. There are several home improvement store between my home and this location but I will travel the extra distance to shop there. It's my go to place for home improvement.

Have employees care about what they are doing. Make it a passion to help their customers even if the customer doesnt ask for help. Offering it goes a long ways. But in all seriousness, at this store, it seems like the employees try to avoid work by not helping.

The store was clean and the employees help you with everything

Went to the store in Weslaco looking for info on whole house water treatment filters. Was met by Ernest an employee and was immediately given the info we needed. He set us up with a home visit with a representative of the water filtration system. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. We will definitely go back to this store for future purchases.

Not just because I live in Weslaco, I have been to the one in Harlingen n I can never find help on the floor.

Good customer assistance

This Home Depot is a far cry from the Home Depot in Pharr, TX. The parking lot is huge with plenty of space for driving and parking. The store is well organized and we'll stocked, which makes for an enjoyable shopping experience. The employees are helpful and courteous. I wish this store was closer to home for me.

some of the employees give great customer service and it is reason enough for me to come back and keep bringing my business with Home Depot at this location. But I would like to say that some of the employees have poor customer service skills like Cristina at customer service she had a bad attitude and rude when I asked her for help, not the first time by the way.

Cashier was very nice !

We came to pick up a large order, they sent a guy to pick up the order from the back, we waited and waited until my husband went back inside after 30 minutes. Turns out that the guy who they sent to get our order to load it had gone to lunch knowingly that we were waiting. We are still here waiting for our order after 1 hour. So disappointed. After spending thousands and thousands of dollars to build our home, our guest home, and remodel rental houses, this is how we get thanked. Wow.

Clean store very helpful employee's

Customer service is very poor. Many employees standing around talking to each other and as soon as you ask for help they scatter and say sorry this isn't my department. When you ask to speak to a manager they say they are not available or not in. Horrible store to shop at.

Worts customer service...employees looked like they hated their job. I am a disabled vet and when I asked for assistance lifting some lumber I wished to purchased one employed gave me a real nasty look and two others acted like they didn't see me.

Good service

Martin from Plumbing help me out by getting the product that I needed fast and in a timely manner. The product was not in the above storage area and he made sure to look for where it was and get it down, but what i saw that was great was he got more down for the display showing great in-stock replenishment. And during my check out process Yvette saw that the lines were long and was able to help me lower check-out time and that speaks volumes in terms of customer service to me.

Friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend
