Well stocked with all that I needed but could do with more associates on the shop floor.

Thank you for the patience and customer service you have provided to our family, especially my mother, as she frequently shops alone. At 81 years old there are few places she travels solo and your store is one in which she feels safe and accommodated.

For the second time there has been a customer in this store with no mask! The first time I told an associate who called the manager. The manager said there was nothing he could do. WRONG! If it store policy, that customer can be escorted out until they put on a mask. This second time I didn't bother to say anything. Especially because I saw an associate take his coffee mug and go to the coffee pot and fill it for him! Profits over the health of associates and customers!

This Home Depot is my other home! Sales associates are friendly, respectful, knowledgeable & professional. Always a pleasure to shop here.

I had several items needed for a driveway painting project, I picked up everything I needed in one trip (mixed paint, rollers and roller handle). The girls said it was water soluble therefore would not need paint remover. I was quite happy with my shopping experience.

Store somewhat neat and clean. Cashier Diane is amazing, outstanding work, very polite.

The employees in this store are very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. They seem to really enjoy what they do and helping customers.

The service in this store is almost non-existent. No help in the department. they don't even enforce the covid-19 rules. they let people walk in with no mask on, shop without their masks over there nose, etc. They really don't seem to care. I will not shop in this store again.

Harry Feuerstein the appliance specialist was great. He was very helpful in helping us decide on the Refrigerator that was right for us. He was up to date on the features and fine points of the different models

They need to train the staff better. Also- wonder if the store management is poor, as some of the employees don't seem too happy to be there There are some good ones, like Brandon in paint, but some of the others seem harried and borderline rude/pre-occupied. Management needs to train the people on customer service, maybe pay them more? Maybe take a page from Trader Joes, where the employees are the very best! The store is out of stock on some things, but I think maybe due to Covid and manufacturing delays. Still this store is a block from my house and I need it to be good. Please fix this stuff, HD!

Roberto the Assistant Store Manager helped by making 5 sets of rekeys for me as I was in need of this. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, customer focused and a great asset to the store.

Bought my new refrigerator today at Home Depot. Went to 2 other stores and Home Depot had the best selection. Had an amazing sale person named Harry.

This was my first time shopping at this Home Depot location! It was an amazing experience. I entered thru the garden center and was greeted by Yvonne who was super friendly and even tho the heat was unbearably hot she was very enthusiastic as she greeted customers, you could tell she loves her job! I came in asking for a rare plant and she took it upon herself to google it so she could see if they had it, when we could not locate it she got Altiman in garden to come over and assist too! He was super friendly and kind! The store is very clean and organized! Everything is fully stocked and there are many employees to ask for assistance from! I had a question for a manager and spoke to Corey W. the Department Head in Paint and he was very professional and helpful! My cashier Charlene was awesome too! She was super helpful with the self checkout and we spoke about the plant I was purchasing and she gave me some tips about it! I will shop at this store again as I had a great shopping experience there and I absolutely love Home Depot!!

The people who put the time and effort to work at this home depot are wonderful. We have not have any problems with this location. Our kitchen designer Reina was wonderful and tended to our needs and changes. I would definitely recommend this store for all your needs.

Employees are not masked and not keeping distance. In fact the cashier practically touched me. If stores don't take this seriously, I won't shop there.

Shocked when I learned that associates were not required to wear masks. When I inquired about this, I was told it was left to the employee to make their own decision. Not acceptable.

Everything was well organized to help shoppers during this pandemic AND WAS ABLE TO GET ASSISTANCE IN FINDING THE PRODUCT I WAS LOOKING FOR.

During the Pandemic all our purchases whether by pick up, delivery or in store purchases were handled safely. The employees did an excellent job keeping the flow of customers done in a timely and efficient manner. Stock was available for all our purchases. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable.
