Excellent customer service! Shout out to Rogelio for his help today at the customer service area. HD has a great returns policy that helped me to return items from a home project that I didn't end up using. As a whole, I commend every employee at this local HD for their friendliness and great customer service. Keep up the awesome job!

Frustrating experience. More doing....I did everything myself, loaded two hot water heaters (over 125 lbs each) by myself and then checked myself out. Worst customer experience I can remember.

Product was mispriced. Store personnel acknowledged the error then charged me full price. Completely unprofessional. Strong avoid on this store.

I have to say the customer service at this store is OUTSTANDING. I visit this store several times a week. Everyone from cashiers, the guys in mill work, the crew in paint and even the manager (who I always see on the floor helping) are customer first. The guys in mill work offer a lot of knowledge and will spend the time to help you find exactly what you are looking for. This is something to appreciate and makes you want to be a loyal customer. Thank you!

The store is clean and products easy to find. The associates in the washer and dryer area is really great to help you with your needs and most of all, Home depot provide 10 percent discount on every purchase every day on all purchases for veterans. I Love this store.

Friendly staffs, fast checkout. Very organized store.

We were not greeted by one associate while we were in the store.... we passed by no less than 10 staff members, no hello- no can we help you...NOTHING! The cashier was rude and seemed that she would rather be anywhere else. The store was clean, still didn't find what we were looking for.

This is the best Home Depot we have ever shopped in including many other Retail establishments. Employees are pleasant, always willing to assist and nothing is too much trouble. Need a solution to a renovation project, home repairs, landscaping, lawn-care etc. .... this is the Place.

I have traded at this store for some years now and always receive a friendly greeting when entering. Without fail, I have been well served by all employees. They are never too busy to attend to a customer's need. Although the store is well laid out, sometimes I need a little assistance which the employee available is always ready to help even if it means walking me to the correct location and helping to be sure I am getting the proper material for the job I am doing. Every time I walk in this store someone greets me. The store is clean, everyone is friendly. It is easy to navigate and find what I need.

Oftentimes associates are scarce when you need them, but that was not the case at this particular Home Depot. We went in to buy a fridge and we were assisted kindly and respectfully from multiple employees. If you need an appliance, ask for Rusty. She has been there several years, and is genuinely knowledgeable and experienced and will go the extra mile on her own accord. I hope THD knows they have a golden employee, she's the sole reason we'll come back to this store (instead of the one 8 miles closer to us).
