Nice clean store. Helpful people.. It was Kind of a long line but the cashier was fast.

This Home Depot is great, because they have Gertrude, she is a great customer service representative for the Home Depot.

This location is actually good

I continue to go to this site because I can always find help if I need it. They haven't failed me. I appreciate them.

The store has an unusual amount of security due to thieving. Even when the power was out I got what I needed and people were helpful and we also help some people who were in the store. All in all I would say that it was a decent experience and the store is filled with people that are willing to help you get what you need.

I recommend the store because of convenience and only giving a 3 rating cause they need more floor associates

I am so glad that there is a Home Depot in Detroit. It makes shopping your store so much easier. The hours are great for any time that I need to go early or late. The employees are always helpful.

Store was nice and neat. I was greeted by a salesman who sighned me up for a free in home quote, it’s been a little over a week,, still haven’t received a call yet regarding my in home quote for several things around the house. Customer service could be better.

Great store. Great employees. I enjoy shopping there because I have bad knees and I need the electric scooters. That makes my shopping experience enjoyable. I have even experienced employees making sure I made it to my car safely and unloading my items.

This store has fast checkout for busy people.

very few of the workers take the time to help ,,they point to an area or a isle number and keep moving!! they seem to get an attitude if you ask to many questions ..produt is always blocking the main isles..most don't have good people skills,,youy need to sceen your employees better.

I'm so happy this store is here in our neighborhood, this is a great place to shop.

Usually out of popular products, staff can be iffy at times, shelves are usually disorganized and many items are misplaced on shelving so pricing displayed my not be correct. It will meet most shopping needs but it can be frustrating at times when they are out of stuff and the shelving of items is all out of wack. and store staff cannot give you a firm timeline when items will be back in stock. store can get messy at times. usually item shelving but store displays get out of wack too. Everything seems to in a constant state of dirty, implying that items are old or have been sitting on shelf's for a long time. Isles look like they need to sweeped and mopped more often. Not sure if dust in the air or items are old and just no body buying. I have left this location and gone to other locations because I know I will find what I seek at other locations. I also tend to get better customer service experience at other locations. I also get offended that I have to present a sales receipt as I leave the store and they will sometimes check my bags to make sure I didn't steal anything. Now to be fair they seem to do this to everyone, but if never occurs at other locations in the area. seems a little racist since this practice only seems to take place within the city limits. I get having to check people for theft but in this instance they check everybody which implies that all city people are more prone to crime than suburban people. Sounds like a racist practice at a basic level.

I was greeted at the door and after looking at the SM*,. sales an associate asked if he could help me with any thing. And walked me to the aisle grabbed the item I told him I was there to get and said if there's anything else I need just give a holler. EXCELLENT CLEAN STORE AND GREAT SERVICE!!!!

I have been shopping at this store for several years, and it's has came a long way with time.

I ordered cabinets went to pick them up after renting a van and was given the wrong cabinets and still needed to purchase five more.
