This store is in a pretty densely populated neighborhood. I see that they hire many local youth, which is great! The associates working there are increasingly getting better at their knowledge of HD products. I actually had a great experience from one employee, who really went out of the way to help me find what I needed. Because this store did not have many in stock, he checked out what other HD stores had the parts I was looking for on a rush commercial project. Very Nice to see. Thanks!

I will recommended to anyone specially if you don't speak English , most are bilingual English -Spanish .Most are friendly and ready to help ,great variety of products and good prices.

I would give it a 5 star only that I hate their parking lot. Other than that I would recommend this store. All the employees, well most all the employees are very friendly and help you out when you need a hand.

I shop most of the times and the experience is not always pleasant , sometimes they help you at the best way , some other times they like there on the shelves find it your self, of course they don't say it that way but that's my impresión .

This store was very clean and employees very kind and helpful. I was trying to find specific bulbs, and they help me to find them right away. Keep doing this excellent job. I definitely will come back.

1986, is the store for me , the people in the store know me by first name basis, and are very respectful, the other store's could learn a lot from this store.. from the manager on down take time to help you... Kwanza was friendly and very patient with me and my mom. When she was helping us, she was getting paged all over the store. It was funny because she never took her focus off of us. I appreciated the experience.

Clean,friendly and overall well stocked store. I went to buy a few items and was in and out in a matter of minutes.

Was assisted to where I needed to go got my item then decided to browse. Staff through the whole store was friendly and always asked if we needed assistance. Our check out was quick and our cashier was great. Thanks !

bathrooms filthy, had to find my own item after 90mins of searching, was told multiple times they did not have it in stock. online lookup reveled 5 in store, called another store they confirmed that this location had 5 while they had none, after i asked them many times to look in their system they finally did and it said they had 6 in stock, they thought i didnt know how to read so they said none in stock then i pointed out that they were looking at the wrong store number on the screen. they agreed and went to pretend to search in isle 10 and found nothing searching high and low. found it myself they brought it down for me 30min later. they problaby saw it they just didnt want to do their jobs of bringing it down. it was difficult to spend money here.

It's a not bad location or customer service only the CASHIERS should be a little MORE friendly specially when they start to know certain customers for going in very often.

The people are friendly and you don't have to look too far for someone to help you. It's very clean and they are safety conscious

Workers were helpful. A lady in the paint department went the extra mile, when I just gave her the paint color code. She found the match and the paint code and all. It was so well done!!!

Kwanza saw a problem, found a solution and solved the problem. I've never had this issue and someone cared. I went to pickup my order. She informed me that they only had a partial quantity. She told me that she will check other stores for the tile and have it transferred and delivered in 2 days. Believe it or not she got it done. She also called to make sure I received my tile by delivery. Great job well done
