We bought this self propelled mower took it home and my grandson mowed our front yard and it literally took him maybe 20 minutes, I am so impressed, it’s very light weight and easy to use and folds away so neatly.

Bought an A/C which is great. Courtney checked us and was so chill yet so professional. Enjoyed her helpful personality. Need to keep her and give her a RAISE!!!

There have been times when I walk into a store and no one ever greets me or asks me if I need assistance. I walked around Home Depot for about an hour and was in several parts of the store. About 6 employees asked me if I needed assistance. A handful said hello. Feeling welcome to shop there makes a difference in wanting to do a return trip.

I loved being able to find what I needed all in one place. Great lumber and everything else. Employess were friendly and helped me find what I needed.

I bought building material, lights and ceiling fans for a Patio for my back yard.

I needed a water faucet/spigot with four hose connections. I couldn't find it anywhere else so I checked home depot.

Our old microwave died on us, leaving us with no way to cook (our old stove was already beyond repair). Myke at Home Depot came to our rescue with his very kind, professional knowledge of many brands. We were able to choose a Panasonic model and quickly get it running at home. So far, so good! And I’m sure Home Depot will stand behind it, if it fails for any reason and we need to return it. But so far, we love it! Thank you, Myke and Home Depot! We met other caring, friendly employees that same day at your store as well. Abilene, Texas is blessed to have y’all—keep up the great work!

Marisol and the manager with the beard were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make my experience excellent. This why I go to Home Depot and not their competitors. Keep it up. Oh Paul Yokum is also extremely helpful anytime he’s working in the paint department. HD keep hiring great people like this!

We make daily online purchases and consistently are having items that Home Depot have in stock get canceled because customer service cant find them. We go to the store and are able to find them most times with little to no effort.

Only reason I did not give five stars is because the displays for the Ryobi electric lawn mowers and string trimmers that I was looking at were not labeled correctly and in the wrong location (not above the correct price tag/ stack of products) which meant I had to pay special attention to which display went with which price and which box was actually the one I wanted to grab. Other than that Great Store Great people and I enjoy shopping there.

This is your standard Home Depot store. I go there to buy items I’m needing. I find it, but it and go home. I never have any issues and they typically always have what I need in stock.

Today, I was greeted and my purchase was loaded for me in a timely manner.

We needed a new a new push lawn mower and visited the Home Depot after checking out another store in town. We found the mower we were looking for and Nathan the sales associate was a great help answering our questions about the mower and setting up a delivery for us. He was extremely customer oriented and courteous! Thanks Nathan!
