The employees will treat you like family

We just moved to Ruidoso and have been remodeling our new place so we’ve visited this Home Depot several times in the last month. Felicia in installations has been super helpful w getting our flooring installation quote together and Leti at check-out was super friendly and helpful as we were checking out. We look forward to completing our home projects w this Home Depot. We did have an issue w our first stop when we were getting paint samples. We waited for over an hour for someone to show up at the paint counter, after asking 3 different people if there was anyone to call over. Then when we started painting samples on the walls one container was just white, no color at all. We haven’t had any other issues inside the store since that.

One of the store managers always goes above and beyond, Jacob. Always professional and courteous.

Popped in to check out grills. With the expert experience of the sales team I found 2 grills and all the accessories I needed. "Bang" in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I have been dealing with credit card services for the last couple of days I then went to Home Depot 3516 pro desk one time and it was taken care of ,made my purchase so easy I highly recommend Jason and Nicole at the pro desk for knowing how to provide that 100% customer service and for this I will be back.

When I check out, the lady said she couldn't verify my military status by just looking at my military ID card, which I had on me. She gave me a set of instructions which told me how to get a Virtual ID. FYI: my military ID is OK for the TSA and most other places, it's an accepted form of secure ID and shows I retired as an officer & gentalman. BUT, not good enough for Home Deposit.?! So, I have to do all this online "paperwork." No, there is another solution: I WILL NOT SHOP HOME DEPOT.

I can’t write enough good about this place. Each department seems to truly have an expert in that field. From gardening to grills, they have an expert to fit the shoe. My most recent experience was with Ricardo and his manager Jacob. Long story short, I exchanged grill I just bought for a bigger one. However, it wouldn’t fit in my SUV but Ricardo and Jacob didn’t let that stop them. Unlike other store’s employees, Ricardo and Jacob stayed behind and took a wing off the grill and most of the “guts” as well to ensure safe travel from store to home, treating it as if it were their own. Such professionalism and friendly service should not go unnoticed. I always love shopping here, but these two KILLED it! Thanks so much guys!!!

I bought kitchen cabinets and got so much help from Kendra and Mike. They were awesome ! I appreciated a computer drawing of my plans.

I love my home town Home Depot but they are always shirt staffed. I went in today to buy a new stove and there wasn't one employee in employee in appliances. Come on Home Depot get it together and hire-and train- more employees!

I don't know where else you could find dedicated customer services representatives. Throughout the store I was greeted and offered assistance by almost every employee. One specifically spent almost 10 minutes with me in finding the tool I needed for my home improvement project.

Nathan, Terry, and Steph are THE BEST...Extremely helpful and friendly.
