This is my go-to neighborhood Home Depot, and the people who work there are friendly and helpful. When there's a problem with a purchase or delivery (which is happening these days due to pandemic-related supply-chain issues) they do whatever it takes to resolve the issue. The store is clean and well-stocked, even with the current shipping problems caused by the pandemic.

Great customer service and more to purchase.

Worst customer experience of our lives. Will never set foot in Home Depot again. Tried to buy a washer and they did not communicate any of their issues, made it impossible to return and blamed their fellow employees and contractors for their issues. Anna laughed at us on the phone which made us permanent customers of Lowe’s going forward. They need To retrain all of their employees on customer service.

The store was nice the environment was great and items are easily available and associates are knowledgeable.

Always get great service from this store. The staff always guide me to what I need and give recommndations. They know there products. Check out is also a breeze and the cashiers are cheerful.

This Store run by its Manager is simply Fantastic - Chris the Manager is fantastic and their employees take his lead. Customer Service is flat out INCREDIBLE there. Also a shout out to Rachell (Shelly) Hunter who works in the Appliance Section- She was incredible - great customer service. Jeff

Pretty satisfied with the overall experience but wish there would be more staff in the store to provide the guidance and information for the products that you are looking for. Sometimes it's hard to spot a staff for assistance.

Associate knew exactly what I needed, even though I didn't know the name, by my description alone. She directed me to the proper aisle. Store associates are abundant and easy to find with their orange aprons.

99 % of employees at this store are rude. I always have trouble when I’m returning materials I bought. HOME DEPOT SHOULD TRAIN EMPLOYEES TO READ SCREEN. IF SCREEN ASK “THE CUSTOMER” IF YOU WANT AN EMAIL COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT, CASHIER SHOULD WAIT UNTIL CUSTOMER DECIDE YES OR NOT. Outstanding customer service and sufficient products enough even outside of season to get any home projects done. Home Depot is one of the few home-improvement stores for the average person to get the products they need to complete just about any project. Thank you for your customer service your adequate inventory and your ability to continue to serve the Washington DC metropolitan area

I called the store after learning on line 4603 had the product available. Litzy helped me by getting the product ready for me...even bagged it up.

Homedepot is the best i always recommend it to everyone

We were assisted by Nathan in the paint center, Brian in blinds, Gaby in Customer Service, Anna the off the clock Manager and Salesperson KCD08E. These employees are exceptional and truly took the time to assist us in a very friendly and professional manners. Overall, with one exception, this store is a go to for this area. This store is clean and very neat. The employees are busy but very helpful.

IF YOY NEED ARTIFICIAL GRASS, THERE ARE 2 YOUNG PEOPLE THERE IN THAT SECTION THAT WOULD TRUELY MAKE YOUR DAY. THEY ARE OF AFRICAN AMERICAN DECENT, GREAT SMILE EAGER TO HELP AND VERY KNOWLEGABLE ON HOW TO WORK THAT HUGE MACHINE FOR CUTTING CARPET. GREAT TEAM WORK, REALLY.
