Keith literally saved my project that cost me over 8,000 dollars. Without his knowledge I would’ve waisted a lot of time and money. That guy Keith is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He could have easily shrugged me off and said he wasn’t really sure and I would’ve walked away but instead he HAPPILY walked me clear to the other side of the store told me all about what I needed for what I was looking to do. ON TOP OF THAT he then gave me a couple of tips to make the project that much better. I’m really glad Kieth knows about retaining walls and fencing cause he literally saved my project. Thank you Kieth.

Went into the store looking for an impact drill gun and wasn’t sure which one to go with I asked the one of the associates named Eddie D. And he helped me weight out my options ended up getting the Milwaukee fuel 12v impact. Super happy with my choice cause it’s compact but it pacts a punch. If you’re looking for some help here he’s your guy, great dude.

I got a new fridge during the Labor Day time. I was suppose to get $100 off for getting a new Home Depot credit card. I didn't get the $100 off. I talked to customer service. But it hasn't worked out for me to get the $100 off yet. I'm still disapointed I didn't get the $100 off..

Wasn't able to find what I had in mind but the associate was helpful in helping me find a similar item. Quick process. Was in and out!

Purchased GE dishwasher online, from Home Depot. Ordered all services, including delivery & installation and haul away old dishwasher. Received email and instructions to prepare for install date in 1 week. Instructions said to have old dishwasher empty and "unplugged". Home Depot had installed previous dishwasher 12 years ago and not sure how they hooked it up? I called customer service and thus begun a month long nightmare 20-30 phone calls, being sent into the store by a " Resolution Manager" because "he really didn't know much about dishwashers" , where after being totally ignored for several minutes by the appliance associate while she engaged in a conversation with another male associate, ultimately and rudely told me she knew nothing about hoses or connections and everything I needed was on the installers truck and did not want to deal with my questions,walked off and left me standing there. Went back home and called customer service and finally got someone to address the issue of haul away. Asked me if dishwasher was hardwired or plug in. Told him don't know. Can't see under or behind dishwasher and not sure what hardwired means. Just that Home Depot installed it previously. Said he didn't know either but if turns out it is, can't disconnect or connect dishwasher. Nowhere on website is this mentioned. Just short sentence about plug being within so many feet of hookup. I got someone else to come and take old dishwasher. Turns out was hardwired. With 4 days to go till install I make frantic call to electrician to install GFI plug for new dishwasher since it only comes with plug in cord. He schedules work to be done day before install. I still have unanswered question about "new hoses" requirement in customer requirements mentioned in email and on website. Seems no one can tell me what this means. Dishwasher opening under counter sits at right angle to sink so maybe this is it? No one knows so I am instructed to go into store and purchase a new dishwasher drain hose so in case the one that comes with the new machine is not long enough. I point out that specifications for the machine says it comes with a 12 ft drain hose? Replies it is best to have just in case and I can always return it if not needed. I do this. Next day Home Depot installation 2 man crew arrive in unmarked van with no visible identification. I ask if they are here to deliver appliance. They answer yes but want to see install area first due to potential electrical issue. I assure them has been taken care of. They still want to see first. Comes in I show him plug electrician installed. He says doesn't look right. I tell him it is right. Electrician is licensed, experienced journeyman electrician and knows what he is doing. He backs off and now wants to inspect under sink and view current hose connections. Takes one look and says cannot install dishwasher. Drain hose not long enough. Dishwasher only comes with 6 ft drain hose. I show him what website description says, comes with 12 ft hose? Says not his problem. He doesn't work for Home Depot. I call store and put appliance mgr on line with him. Still refuses to do install. Says can't use hose Home Depot sold me from store. Wants me to sign for delivery and leave appliance. In the meantime 2d guy keeps going in and out front door and leaving it open. I yell at him to c!ose door. He ignores me. By this time I have had it. I tell guy I am refusing appliance and to leave. He does. I then go into store and unload on manager. He cancels order and I purchase different dishwasher &required install kit that has optional 12 ft hose for purchase. I do not purchase installation by Home Depot. It comes with free delivery. Delivery date is now another week out. I go home and call manufacturer to verify I have all required parts. I am assured yes. I hire a plumber who agrees to come to my home in advance, to make sure everything on my end is correct. I have been a Home Depot customer in excess of 30 years and have NEVER gone thru anything like this with them before. Never again! I would advise anyone looking to purchase an appliance from them to consult with a local electrician and plumber before making the purchase so you will know in advance exactly what the requirements are in your state and can be prepared in advance. Do not rely on Home Depot to be able to tell you. You might be lucky and find an employee able to give you correct information or they may just say anything to get you off the phone. They make you pay the full purchase price in advance so there is little incentive to go any further. Either way you will be the one stuck. I will never again advise anyone to use Home Depot installation services or use them myself. It is just not worth the hassle. This started on 9-5-22. Installation is scheduled for 9-28-22.I am not optomistic.

My last two visits at this HD I have noticed much improved customer service. Employees seem interested in helping me find what I am looking for. Nice change. Much appreciated.

They advertised one price online but the store price was 50% higher and they would not match their own price.

I do love to shop online with homedepot.com fast delivery, availability, order fulfilment is great, helpful store advisors .

We went in to look at closet doors with my mom. And Norleen in windows and doors was very helpful to us. She advised us with all the different options and different qualities of material. She was also very good at listening to what we want and was very patient with us. Once we ordered she helped us find the best deal and we were able to fit into our budget. I wish all professionals were like Norleen. She has made our experience pleasant and we left as very happy shoppers.

It's so unorganized and the aisles look like you guys are hoarders. It's so cluttered! It's just a huge mess. You should see how Lincolns home depot Is. There's is so neat and clean and organized. And it's super easy to walk through and find what you need. You guys should take note!

Maggie took the time to thoroughly assist us in finding a grill that had all the parts to it and provided excellent customer service skills!

Was in meed for special extension cords for my electrical equipment for lawn care, edger, lawnmower, and weed wacker. The employee knew exactly what I needed, took me directly to the products, helped me with some questions. Friendly and professional, great visit.

Cara at the Home Depot (5859 Antelope Rd, Sacramento, CA) Appliance Dept, was exceptional! She found the dishwasher I was looking for, got it ordered, and scheduled the install quickly and efficiently and at Black-Friday pricing! She then helped me with an "on-demand Hot Water" system by scheduling an installer consult to come to my home to assess the needs for my home and price the entire project for me. I was done in what felt like a minute! Was great to get these 2 project underway without a hitch! Great job! Thank YOU! I will be back!

I’m in the store nearly every day and the staff is great, friendly and very helpful. Fazi is fantastic to work with. Cruz and Bill are very knowledgeable and friendly and get my orders in quickly.

Ron in Plumbing, was an excellent troubleshooter. He took a lot of time helping with complex plumbing issue.

We love this store, been shopping here since it opened. The staff tries hard to please, often going out of their way to help. The company frequently does not have enough product in stock, they have sent us to many other stores when they didn't have what we needed. But, they told us where it was available and called to make sure it was there.

This is a pleasant Home Depot store, the employees are helpful and know their inventory and it's location, plus the parking lot has shade trees to park under, car not too hot when you return.

This was the absolute worst customer experience of my life! I was basically called a liar and embarrassed in front of other employees and customers by the 'manager' Yvonne. NO WAY AM I EVER COMING BACK unless Yvonne no longer works at Home Depot. I know companies are struggling for employees, but this lady needs to go! Yvonne escalated the situation, raised her voice at me, and refused to take my return of a small refrigerator (not a major appliance) that I purchased the week before. I wanted to return it because I was smelling smoke in my garage. Yvonne told me that I was not allowed to return the item and that I would need to come back and speak to the manager if I wanted to return the item. I patiently waited, found online that it said I had 90 days (even though I am a HD credit card owner and my receipt said I had a year), and guess what...she had to take my return. She didn't even apologize or anything, just ignored me and walked away.
