I been to all home depot's up in the HD and the AV store is the best hands down. They are helpful and provide excellent customer service by far. On occasion the ladies in lumber are way faster to react then the guys and offer to help out another woman loading sheets of drywall by herself. THANK YOU to the 2 brown hair'd ladies one older then the other. I wish I'd got your names bcuz you deserve a raise (female Power). You rock and I appreciate you both. The Apple Valley store #6834 is definitely run more efficiently than the other Home Depot stores in the area.

Every time I go into the Apple Valley Home Depot I need help. There is always someone available and willing to answer my questions and help he find what I need. Jeannett Aldatz, though appearing busy, stopped and helped me find and order the 4 doors I needed as well as the paint I needed for the job I was planning to have done.

I walked into home Depot after a really tough day and wasn't in the best mood. But that all changed when I was greeted by a lovely employee Jenell. She helped me find what I needed. She was friendly and really got my mind off the bad day I was having. Great customer service skills she has. I hope she gets recognized for her hard work.

There is the Home Depot in my town but I would rather drive to the Apple Valley location. The store is always clean and the employees are always friendly and able to help.

The cleanliness of the store was great! the staff were nice, And i found what i was looking for.

Super disappointed in the customer service provided here, better yet the LACK of customer service. The customer isn't always right, but man, some of the employees here are rude with a messed up attitude when you ask a question about something being marked improperly or stocked wrong by staff, or even when you want to price match a competitor. Their "Customer Service Manager" is a joke too & has no shame in giving you attitude or her employees an attitude in front of customers, I've seen it plenty of times & have been on the receiving end too. There are a few awesome employees who are always a pleasure to run into, but unfortunately the bad is starting to outweigh the good here; I've been coming to this Home Depot for a few years too.

When I go to the Home Depot close to me, I can almost always find what I want right away. If I have a question, there is someone who can help me. There are ample cashiers so I never have to wait in long lines.

Rude rude rude staff, interrupting customers, lack of customer service, rips customers off, don't ask for pro accounts or type in correctly which each time even though can upload reciept you miss the savings. They don't follow policies. Management isn't any better, their customer service is the worst I've ever had. I've had more items stolen by staff and shouldn't be tolerated.

Sandra was a huge help with resolving our Home Depot card issue! It’s employees like her that make us want to return to Home Depot.

Devon helped us with our wood needs and our cashier Tina was really nice and informative.

I went in for a product that I needed more of that I bought from another store that was out of product. Saly went out of her way to help me find the product by looking at my purchase receipt, knowing where the product was, and going with me to the other side of the store and finding it hidden behind a stack of other similar items. She did this with a smile and was genuinely happy to help. just what you’re looking for when you need some help.

There's a cranky old man in the paint department who refused to help me choose the right paint for my project. I had to wait like 10 minutes while he struggled with the receipt copy machine. Once he finally looked my way, he refused to help me find the shade of paint I was looking for and was overall rude

Cashier didnt bother using my reciept in hand for returns I had for a job that didnt need after all. I missed 1 item reciept but I always use my pro phone number to which she didnt ask for it.i recieved barely partial refund of my items and she took more than she gave me money back for.i was ripped off and cheated out of my items because they didn't follow policy and didn't do her job correctly.

I was able to work with carla and tina when i was there to buy a work table and it was a great experience! Thanks both of you for helping me out!

Went to get a few items for my project I was greeted by at least 3 associates I found what I need with no problems went to go check out all the lines was long but there was one cashier that was moving vary fast so I decided to get in her line when I got to her she Greeted me asked if I found everything I was looking for I said yes she had me checked within 2 minutes of me getting into her line she was on register 4 I believe her name is Dawn very efficient and professional

Wow they showed no enthusiasm but a very few I wish it would stop changing faces and keep the same ones at least 2 years ago I don't understand who's hiring and firing but they got to replace that person

I bought a wonderful, large, red Husky tool storage unit. It's great. But what made the day so special was the good price, the service, the follow through,the new credit card with a major discount on my entire purchase, the check out and lastly, loading it and getting it home without a scratch. It was the best Home Depot Day ever.

I just love Home Depot, any home depot I been to there’s always more selections of flowers and all types of plants than any store I been to. This particular Home Depot is very convenient and more selections. The workers are always helpful when you need help.

When shopping at this store I can say that besides they always carry alot of products. They also have some of the most expensive sales clerks that will make your shopping their a fun experience.

Went to buy a part for plumbing I had to the sample. Nobody there would help me. I was told only one person in that dept. and he was on break. So the whole dept shuts down. because the one and only employee that works in plumbing is on break! I asked a gentleman (customer) in the same isle as I and he had trouble finding it but did. Front desk couldn't care less that I couldn't find part and that they had nobody to help. Perhaps Home Depot should remove the people behind the counter to help when someone is on a break! Cashier was very polite and apologized for situation.(Selina) good job!
