20-30minutes in flooring dept within view of 3 employees, never was asked if I needed help

I never have a bad experience at this location. This time I needed someone to remove a broken chair leg, then provide me the tools they used to purchase so I could attempt to repair it and put it back on. Mark, who called for a person to help & who did not respond, took it upon himself immediately to give me a hand; provide what I requested and I left with the tools I needed to attempt a repair on my own.

I purchased several appliances from Walter Thurmond in appliances. Knowledgeable, courteous, and delightful to work with.

These are the people you need to see to complete your projects. I actually drive past a closer store when I can to go to the Arnold Mo store.

Dave was a great in assisting me in purchasing the correct replacement Patio door. He went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase.

Associates are always friendly and very helpful!

We generally don't like shopping at Home Depot because they donate to politicians and organizations that support bigotry and hate. Especially toward the LGBTQ community. The garden department is always well organized and well stocked.

Every interaction I’ve had with an employee here left me feeling valued.

I needed a small cutting saw to complete a project. This mini saw was exactly what I needed. The price was great.

The staff at The Home Depot was friendly and helpful. The inventory was quite good on the items I needed, and the delivery date for our new refrigerator was much better than their competitors. Love this store!

Bought 4 LG appliances

I apologize I didn’t catch his name, but the guy working in the flooring department on 3/20/22 at 5PM was seriously wonderful. We have bought flooring before at HD and other home improvement stores. Never once has anyone retrieved a cart for us, then load it (and we’re young, capable people so totally not necessary to do). My husband and I just stood to the side and kept saying how amazed we were for the help we were receiving- completely unnecessary but so appreciated! He seriously just went out of his way to give us a pleasant experience, and we really, really appreciate his kindness. The salesperson on our receipt says CLF512E! Again, I wish I would have caught his name. Thank you for your help!!

They have great service and quality products.

I've viewed Home Depot as the standard baseline for all my jobs since 1994. The other box stores seem less than to me.

I have been going in this store for years. I do a lot of home projects. Employees in the paint department are always friendly & helpful. One in particular, Vicki is so kind & knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to shop when I see she’s working

I picked up several Christmas gifts on this trip and I'm quite happy with the service that I receive at this store.

Working on kitchen lighting and Dan in Electrical department was outstanding and very helpful and made sure I got what I needed to get the job done. Hats off to Dan

This was an entirely botched self checkout. I attempted to use a store credit, which I could not! I required “assistance” to get out of that loop. All this for $25 of merchandise, that should have taken three minutes with a real life checker.

Walter at the Arnold Missouri location. The man who works in the appliance department. If you have a moment in your life. Please go back and meet Walter. Home Depot has no idea what they got when they hired that lil ole man. I'll never forget him. 93 years old and still goes to work. Of course he is not rich because he still works and says he does it because he loves it. THAT is rare. He is a gem.

The employees at this store are extremely helpful and friendly, making the shopping trip a joy.

Probably hands down the best store I've walked in that had outstanding customer service. I've never been asked by so many employees if I'm okay, finding everything, or just saying hello within 10 minutes of being in the store. We just moved here this week, and it will definitely be a store I'll return to weekly for my home improvements.
