Just to echo what a few others have stated in their reviews...saw some customers not wearing masks and a couple employees wearing masks improperly.

If you have gardening question go here on Friday and Sunday and ask for Lud. He is extremely friendly and helpful.

Needed shutters throughout my house. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They came out to do the measurements in a few days and I did place an order for my shutters.

Yikes! Stay clear of this location - they do not take your safety seriously. They are choosing not enforce the mask mandate of Glendale with their customers nor employees. I witnessed several customers proudly strolling around the store without masks and employees with their masks pulled under their chins. Oye vey!

Store employees do not help out. The products I needed were not there. Save a trip and go to Lowe’s. At least the store employees help you there.

I moved here about 2 months ago. In that time I have visited HD#475 several times. The store employees and management have taken time to show where items are, listen to my needs, and presented options for my purchase. From lumber to plumbing, electrical to plants, these people are personable and pro's at what they do.

After 8 months of limiting individual contact to avoid the Covid-19 virus, they still use credit card terminal that you have to insert or swipe the card. Great way to pass on whatever the previous customer left behind. Is the management even aware of the tap style terminals. Don't even have to touch, just proximity. No enforcement of enter.exit only doors. Had to wait while herd came in the exit.

Home Depot is my go to store for all my and my families projects.

Employees do not observe wearing face covering and not congregating with each other without maintaining recommended distances. Isles in building material not labeled so had a choice of spending more time looking or take a chance on being infected by lax employees.

If you're looking to upgrade your cabinets (kitchen/bathroom/etc.) find Leslie at the Arrowhead Home Depot! She's not only extremely professional, but has a wonderful attitude, and you can tell she loves what she does! I had question after question, and Leslie answered every single one of them, and she was happy to do so! She didn't try to rush me, nor did she act as though I was taking up her time. What a wonderful employee!! When we're ready to upgrade, we're definitely coming back to talk to Leslie for her help and guidance! On a side note, if I owned a business, I would steal her away from Home Depot! That's how AWESOME this lady is!! Thank you for everything Leslie, we'll be back real soon!!!

On June 2, 2020 not all employees wearing masks. Lack of social distancing being practiced. Will not return due to health concerns. Wondered about cleaning, did not see even one person cleaning during my visit which is common in other stores.

Please put more emphasis on in stock conditions in lumber and quality of wood. No one buys warped, cracked, or staple riddled wood. Be nicer. Listen to customers needs.

This store is awesome! It’s so well organized, clean & there’s arrows where you need to go to maintain a safe and healthy distance from people while in line. The staff is so friendly & helpful.... kindness goes a long way these days & they go out of their way to make customers feel safe and comfortable, while helping customers find what they need. There’s hand sanitizers on all the customer service areas & cashier checkpoints. There’s plastic shield/ barriers where you pay/ check out. There are people counting people going in and out of the store to limit how many people are in the store so it’s not crowded. I am very grateful to have this store to go to for my household goods. Thank you Home Depot for your commitment to excellence in goods & services!

Like clockwork, I always have one, several or all of the following problems with my visit to Home Depot. First, since it’s a do-it-yourself warehouse I understand that most of us will go in and find what we are looking for. However one or both problems almost always arise, and this trip was no exception. First you are out of stock too high of a percentage of the time. Completely unacceptable! Second, most of us will try and turn to find some help to either discover if the store has any really, or ask a person if they have an alternative to the out of stock. Almost never is there someone available and if there is, they are woefully lacking in any real knowledge(think plumbing, electrical, even garden). Again completely unacceptable! Lastly after all of the above I get to go up and stand in line to check out. Now realize, I know I’m not the only person in the world and lines are inevitable in society, but it’s your job to provide customer service to your customers. It seems to me that standing in line to check myself out at the almost 100% self check front end is just a slap to all customers. I understand that some people prefer that experience, but these days I’m all but forced to that option. Fix it!

The store was clean, but when you were looking for an associate to assist you, no one could be found. Had to go to the customer service to get assistance. When we went to check out in self-service, the cashier was very accommodating, his name was Robert. We appreciated his assistance.

The employees in gardening, Frank and Vern, went above and beyond to assist us when we couldn't find a product. They scoured the entire store to locate the merchandise. Their perseverance was greatly appreciated.

I would like to say that everyone seemed to be very pleasant and helpful. The gentleman by the name of Frank(00009 87792), our cashier, was very nice and helpful. I hope he is at least given a big thank you by management.

I keep getting emails after contacting the store 3 times and talking to a manager. They said a customer entered the wrong email, bottom line it is their system and they are not knowledgeable enough to know how it works

Home Depot is my go to place for almost anything, including large tool or equipment rentals to get my projects done. The employees are helpful and knowledgable. If they don't have what you need, they'll help you order it. And go see Juan in Paint, he's the best!

We were promised there would always a cashier at pro check out. Self check out, you everybody people touching the screen. You don't give us gloves to wear, you don't sanitize the screen between every customer. A good cashier can check us out faster than a costumer can, with less mistakes, also moving people out fast with less people standing in line. The manager who came up with this should be fired and subjected to a law suit for forcing everyone touching an sanitized screen.
