Nice, clean, friendly. Pretty good selection of things I was interested in purchasing.

Each and everyone of the employees are awesome. They are all knowledgeable and very personable. Special shout out to Valerie, Tim and the long blonde haired guy who helped me when my Husband had surgery on his hand and should not be lifting anything. I don’t know all of the employees names but you all are great! Thank you.

Adam was a great help in all of our need he stayed close by to give us a hand and we were greatful thank you home depot for supplying excelent help

Been going to this Home Depot for 20 years. They have never let me down.

The Ashtabula Home Depot was a pleasure to shop in as it has excellent store lighting to actually see what you are looking for. Needed some help to locate an item for a project and Chris Met was very helpful in tracking the item down for us.

Purchasing a refrigerator we found the salesperson to be friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, honest, and patient. A great combination.

I have been to this store previously and gotten okay to decent help but each visit it seems to get worse. My most recent visit was about 30 minutes before closing and was a quick grab and go stop. Waited in line for 10 plus minutes watching a new cashier struggle to ring up a lumber order. Two employees helped him at different times but promptly left. The cashier did not know how to ring up tax exempt and had no other employees to look for guidance. There were at least 10 employees milling around at the front and no one came to help. Very disappointed with the experience overall and probably would have just left if the cashier hadn’t been so nice.

Greeted upon entrance and employee walked us to designated area and helped us. Each employee we passed greeted us- we felt bad it was a holiday too! They all were happy to be working tho!

Every visit there are certain employees that make the visit that much better, one, including the cashier Valerie, who is always helpful as well as Larry and a few others

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot and appreciate that they hire veterans. I am very disappointed that the corporation is, however, supporting the Republicans, particularly in this time of extreme concern about his campaign for reelection. He has made his intentions clear. He does not intend to support the Constitution or uphold a justice system. He intends to join the ranks of dictators and use retribution on everyone he considers an enemy. It would make me happier to see you supporting real problems in this country. Funding to food banks, helping to pay medical abd related expenses for people dealing with severe illness, scholarships or technical training programs to benefit everyone...nothing political. This is just my opinion but I am aware of people who will not shop at Home Depot due to your GOP support.

I purchased a sheet of drywall to fix a small space behind my fridge. One corner was crumbled but I am cutting off six inches so I was on with the piece. Valerie took a percentage off when I told her I was ok with it. She didn't have to do that but she did anyway and I'm grateful. Thanks

We have the best store. Our home depot has the best people working hard for us every day!

I just moved from Florida, and out of all the Home Depots that I have gone to the Ashtabula Home Depot is the best one due to the fact that everyone there is very attentive and helpful. Also, for the most part they are always in stock with what I need..

I had a pleasant experience from everyone at this store every time I have gone. We recently bought a house up here so as you can imagine there has been many projects taken on in a short time frame. This is my primary stop for materials/supplies.

I am a former employee of the Ashtabula JC Penney store which closed about 4 years ago now. As with most of the retail stores in Ashtabula, there seems to be an excitement about the business until something happens....the stores are closed across the. US, small stores are closed and larger geographic areas keep their stores, or the management is not a proper fit for a growing business...I see these as drawbacks in Ashtabula. Home Depot has been a great fit for this area and I have shopped here since it was built in our community. Great leadership and community progress for this company!!!!!

We purchased a Samsung gas range a few weeks ago and it looks and works great. Sales staff very knowledgeable.

Dru was super patient with me and helped me find and use the QR code in the Home Depot app to get my military discount.
