Excellent service! The employees are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The store is clean and well stocked. My husband and I have always enjoyed our shopping experience at Auburn's Home Depot.

Jeremy in the paint department help me blend exactly what I wanted for my house. It took a lot of patience, time and skill from him to get what I wanted for my home. I am beyond grateful for his customer service

The store was clean and associates friendly and helpful. But trying to reach the department I was working with by phone was impossible. Everything else was great.

I would recommend this store but the day we were there we asked for help finding something & the associate was rude. Everyone has a bad day but there's no reason to take it out on the customer. They are there to answer questions and help find products, if your not happy find another job.

This HD is so clean and well stocked. The associates are knowledgeable and helpful! The check out is super easy, there’s also self checkout if you’re in a hurry.

I had heard that Home Depot Auburn was a smaller store but my experience was tremendous. I had no problem parking and Tracey in the garden department was really helpful. I found exactly what I wanted and easily checked out. Very efficient outing at Home Depot. Yes I will return there.

Great customer service

Yesterday I went to this Home Depot and the Employee's were so friendly and helpful. Today one Employee nearly bit my head off just because I asked her to call someone to come help me. What a difference one day can make on who's willing to help you and who doesn't want to be bother.. If you ever go to this Home-depot and it gets Wendie run. If Home-depot edits this review it because they know I tell the truth.

He is Friendly and Very Helpful and Melissa is the Best cashier this store has had in Years. This Home-Depo is stepping up in the World they are hiring Employees who really care about the customers it's not just a paycheck for them.

At this store I have found it is well organized, the sections and aisles are clearly marked and logically organized, and employees abound to help whenever I need it.

Thomas in the garden area was very helpful. Carrie cashier in garden area very helpful and friendly. Both showed excellent customer service

I was there at a verry busy time and Alice and all the other emploies were very considerate of me while doing there best to accompany all other customers. I enjoyed my experience verry much. Especally Alice. she took the time with every customer before me and after she got us help we had 3 carts if stuff including 6 doors and more.

Employees greet customers and ask if you need assistance.

Julia, in the appliance section, gave us absolutely great customer service over the weekend. She was knowledgeable and super helpful! Keep up the great work! Oh, and we loved being handed popcorn as we walked in the front door!

This store has everything we need. It is a one stop shop witch helps us a lot. We come from 30 miles away to shop here.

The store was well staffed when I was there. Sometimes it can be hard to find help in other stores.

I do property maintenance for rental properties, so I'm in HD a lot. I've been shopping at this Auburn store for a few years and for some reason the store has changed much to the better. the people (Workers) here are much more friendly, helpful than before. the shelves are stocked better than before. I don't know what changed but I like it. they will open a new check out lane quickly when the lines get long so I can get what I need quickly and then out quickly to get the job done..

The best home depot around everyone here knows where everything thing is un like Ukiah.

This store has everything you need including endless supply of name brand tools and Christmas décor. We found exactly what we wanted in the store and checkout easily and quickly.

The store is very clean and with the over head signs every thing that I am looking for is easy to find. The people that work there are very well informed on there products, the check out workers are very fast and one of the best is a lady named Lois very fast and Has not had a mistake on any of my traps their.
